- Yes this is the first moderator application I've made for Civil Networks
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
- I have not received any kicks or bans from the community, however, I do have 2 warn on my account currently. The one for meta gaming which is completely fair as I asked someone why they had my name. The second one from "scopes" is complete garbage, I was in the bathrooms of D block and was talking to someone about some trades, I was accidently blocking the door at this time and "scopes" decided instead of asking me to move he'd move me himself with his physgun. After that I yelled somethings around the lines of, "Dude really pulled his power cock out and slapped me with it." Soon after, I was pulled to a sit room with "scopes" where he informed me I would be getting a warn for ERP. After that I tried to make a sit with a higher up to get the situation resolved and the warn off my profile, however, because I didn't have a clip of him dragging me with his physgun so nothing could happen (which makes complete sense). I do agree I could have used marginally different wording , however I was upset and admin was using his physgun in RP.
Edit: I do have a ban on one of the militaryRP servers from 2 years ago you can see the appeal in my content.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community?:
- Yes, I was staff on an MRP server for a while when I was in highschool as well as for some time after. I was able to reach the rank of Elite Admin on this server. More recently I was an admin for a Rust server where I reached the rank of senior admin before getting burnt out of rust all together.
Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?:
- Yes, on the previously mentioned MRP server I was the commander of an Intelligence branch where a lot of the activities we partook in where completely role play. Along with this I was able to help bring back a spy role for the branch which helped populate the branch tremendously and added a lot of new RP for the members to partake in.
How many hours can you be on everyday?:
• I work from Friday to Monday from 1:20am to 11:50am however I'm usually off before that. On these days I can probably do a few hours at most
• Monday - Thursday :I'm available pretty much the entirety of the day
Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?:
- I want to become a moderator for SCP-RP because I enjoy playing the server in my spare time and feel I could be a valuable asset to the staff team. Everything about the server is enjoyable and I would like to help keep the community vast and fair for all players. There's also periods of down time for me usually during Code 1, 4, and 5's where I would be able to help focus on tickets and monitor the server instead of just sitting afk watching Youtube or goofin.
What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?:
- I think I would be able to help out tremendously as a staff member as I have a good amount of external experience. Being an admin in Rust has taught me a lot about patience as most of the community is extremely toxic and has no chill at all. This I believe is a valuable asset for a staff member to have because if I started acting unprofessionally in a sit that reflects poorly on fellow staff members as well as the server in its whole. While I'm not familiar with the staff teams schedule I believe that because I work on weekends that helpful as most people work during the week which is where a majority of my play time comes from. I'm also a quick learner so any information thrown my way is usually remembered especially if I've done it myself at least once. Lastly I'm a great listener and always make sure to keep bias out of any situation I'm in.
