Why are you applying for Special Agent?
I really love DEA and I would like to put my autism to something right now.
I like the class and some of the people in the division and would love to help wherever possible.
I also want to be able to support BORTAC even more than what I am doing now and would love the ability to put chems in the fridge without having to have someone come over and help me with it every time.
To put it simply: I want to take some of the work load and alleviate it.
What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:
Honesty: I think it is the best quality for a person to have. I have driven myself to be the most upfront and honest person I can be by saying what I think is the honest to god truth every time I say something.
Responsibility: I take what I am ordered to do and what I am expected to do to heart and strive to keep showing those attributes and to do as I am told.
I believe this is the most important attribute because if a person can't follow a simple set of rules then are they truly a stand up guy?
Maturity: How I acted just 2 years ago and how I act now shows primarily why maturity is such a good trait to have.
I acted like a total idiot with no regards to other people and really only thought about myself.
Today I am a total opposite of what I was in the past which was pretty difficult to change (mainly because I am unironically autistic) but I have changed with a lot of hard work.
Dedication: I believe this is also one of the big important traits to have as it shows that you are dedicated to the division and can add to it by being a Special Agent.
Most problems can be solved with a bunch of dedication but having too much dedication can be bad as well.
Simply put; I can dedicate myself to DEA without burning myself out.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
I have written only 1 over a year ago when I played the server briefly for a week and it was pretty horrid.
I know what separates a good document from a bad document. It is details. If I can tell what you are doing then and/or what you are saying/talking about then it is a good document. A great document is ones that are published to the people as they go above and beyond and detail every thing you can do and everything you should know. That is a truly good document.
What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:
- Give permits to MC&D
- Mentor newer agents and watch for promising Senior Agents
- Host Senior Agent tryouts with auth from Agency Manager+
- Authorize/Train new agents to play on DEA
- Punish agents who have broken the legal codex and the rules of the Agency
- Fridge perms (BORTAC)
- Assist with Agency Manager+ on activities or tasks.
