Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:I got warned previously because i accidentally said someones name without seeing the id but i admitted to my wrong doing and never did anything to the person dropped the whole situation

Why are you applying for Security Captain? Getting back into the grove of things and wanna start leading gensec more and hosting trainings on my own like i used to and to get more aspiring sergeants within the Gensec Sector of things Utilizing one of our Sub-departments.

What makes you suitable for Security Captain?: I have previously been captain but i had took a break and didnt put a loa in because my irl friend needed help getting a server up and running so i was gone for a while. But i am well known around site especially by the seniors in the gensec department and they know that im a good captain and i have had good feedback. I also host trainings for more of the less common stuff and trivia for the gensec to test their knowledge but its sometimes dropped on them out of nowhere and if they know their stuff they get credited.

What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?: Maintain the safety of the site and prioritize the Area of D-block to ensure the scps stay out and the D-class are safe while also retrieving any contraband. Dispatching patrols and staffing D-block with adequate forces.
Please give some lore about your Security Captain character and what storylines they would be involved in:
sandusky has decided to come out of Retirement as hes been missing having anything to do during his retirement he was enjoying fishing cooking and blew his house up trying chemistry, So now he has to come out of retirement to get a paycheck to buy him a new house for the time being hes been sleeping at the site in the bunks hes hoping to be welcomed back with open arms and teach and meet new people as well!

I'm not a US player nor do I mean any disrespect but what even in this application. It take's about 30 seconds to make a decent format, this was genuinely hard to read. Yes, you were a Captain at one point and I won't doubt you're capable but this application is just lacking in every department. You could also do with giving a few reasons as to why you wish to come back other than just being a Captain before.

I'm sure you're more than capable and I usually never write comments of this nature but please, put some sort of effort into the application, it's just borderline common sense.

Appreciate the comment but if you read I said the reasoning of my absence and why i left in the format it was my own dumb fault for forgetting the loa but there are other reasons of why i want to become captain within
*more trainings on stuff that is not touched on as much
(which is trivia for the gensec department where if they get it right they get credited)

(I also want to be able to do trainings on my own for people that are on around when im online)

(i gave a simple backstory of me coming out of retirement whilst i couldve gone into more depth i didnt want to make a SA on it and make someone have to read it for a while like my previous one when i first became cap)

(majority of the things that i can do as captain i can already do as sergeant but it will have less restrictions so I can help in other areas)
(im also wanting to go into our sub-department to help train new aspirant sergeants)

Please put "[USA] Sandusky's Captain Application" or at least [USA]. For the reason for the -Support, your app is hard to read, has very short answers, and it seems like it's only focused on you and not the role itself. You also have 8 GSD Strikes for all inactivity. I do not see you as suitable for the Role or any CL4 Role just based on your application, since GSD Captain is the one role that requires the least amount of effort.

Edit: You also did not add to the "List all whitelisted" that you are an active sergeant. Sergeant is a whitelist and should be marked under it.
