Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: 2 Fail RP, One if for Roleplaying as 912 and hitting CI when they were raiding not knowing the fact that 912 has to listen anyone in Military clothing.
The other FailRP was when I was a chef and gave a gun to A D-Class through the chefs food pass through door.

What makes you suitable for SCP-096?: I feel like I can roleplay as SCP-096 . I also understand the rules of playing as 096.

What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?: Sitting in his cell when he is not breached and wait till someone looks at his face, he could also walk around his cell.

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?: He can only go for the target that looked at his face so if his target is at D-Block he must get go for that specific person.

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
1. MTF/Security must get scrambles to avoid looking at his face
2. They need to grab a bucket which is located at the bathrooms
3. They need to find 096 in a pacified state and only then MTF/Security can place the bucket over his head
4. MTF/Security need to use a Containment Beam on 096 in order to cuff him and take him back to his containment cell
