What makes you suitable for SCP-096?:
I play the server a lot and have an understanding of how 096 works and how he should be played properly. I have plenty of experience playing both on the SCP and the opposing side, and know what to do and what not to. I also have some knowledge of SCP-096's lore and could roleplay him properly when needed.

What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?:
SCP-096 will usually attempt to hide it's face (hence the nickname 'Shyguy'), ashamed of it's appearance and crying. It is not hostile and won't attack anyone, but rather try not to be seen. It spends most of it's time wandering around aimlessly whenever not crying in a corner.

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?:
SCP-096 should only go wherever people who have seen his face are, attempting to take the quickest route to their location and killing them.
Wherever a target of 096 is, it can go. SCP-096 should not camp locations while not having a target, but wander around.

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
SCP-096 is confirmed breached, Code 4 is called
Site personnel equips themselves with Scramblers and buckets
SCP-096 eliminates all targets until it becomes docile
Either during the hunt for it's target, or once it is docile, a bucket is thrown over SCP-096's head to cover it's face
While calm, SCP-096 is stunned using an SCP Containment Beam, and then cuffed with containment restraints
SCP-096 is returned to it's Containment Chamber with replacement buckets on standby.
Alternatively, it could be ended by a person who saw 096's face heading into it's CC and 096 recontaining itself once killing the target there.
Afterwards, Code 4 will be turned off or switched to another active code that applies.
