For how long have you played on CG SCP: 18 days (in game time)

Age: 15

In what country are you located?: Scotland

Time zone: BST (GMT)

Character name(s): Dr Connor, Mango "Hammy" [P-2]

Civilian name: Carl Connors

What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): USA

Do you have a mic?:
- Yes

List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
- O-1 Major, E-11 LCPL, O-1 PVT, CI-D

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
- FearRP warning for pulling out a gun while outnumbered

What makes you suitable for SCP-096?:
- I think I'm suitable for SCP-096 because I am capable of understanding the job rules and how it should be played and will be able to uphold such things

What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?:
- sitting down and facing the direction you were left in after your target was killed

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?:
- SCP-096 is only allowed to go where there is a target and should not go anywhere there isn't one

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
- You place a bucket on the SCP's head to stop him from gaining additional targets and follow him to ensure he kills all his targets
- Once he has no targets left you beam to pacify and then restrain him
- You return the SCP to the chamber and get the door repaired (SCP should face away from the door)
