When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?: He is allowed to go anywhere just like every other scp and no he cant beeline it to d-block.

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process: He is first calmed down and punt in his passive state. Then he is covered with a bucket cuffed and dragged back to his containment.
