When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?:096 can go anywhere there target is. They are not allowed to beeline it to d-block unless that is where there target is.

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process: First he is passified to a non agro state(when no one has seen his face) then you get the bucket from the bathroom and place it on his head then cuff him and bring him back to containment. (make sure your wearing scramblers)
