Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I want to apply for the site advisor position to reach new heights and learn new things. As a Commander of Nu-7 ‘Hammer Down,’ I've accomplished many of my goals and developed a deep understanding of leadership, coordination, and operational efficiency. This role has allowed me to develop a strong foundation in team management and inter-departmental collaboration. I know I want to grow my skills as a Site Admin and help improve both E-11 and NU7, as well as other Departments, with the Skills and Combat Coordination I have learned over time. My background in combat coordination and leadership allows me to offer valuable insights and improvements across the board for the foundation.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I believe I’m well-suitable for Site Administration due to my proven leadership experience, Loyalty, and faith in the Foundation's dedication to the Foundation’s structure. My time as the Commander of Nu-7 ‘Hammer Down’ has equipped me with the skills to coordinate large-scale operations, manage personnel, and ensure protocols are upheld even in high-risk scenarios, As my time as Nu-7 COM lots of things with Site admin things could be improved with my point of view, also gives me a chance to see how the site and other regiments are being ran to help improve them or help fix issues, My time as a combative is done and I wanna expand into learning and show my skills of in the site administration were I think Site Admin is a good place to show and learn from to work towards my future Goals with in the Chain of command, Leadership is important and that the best thing there can.
Few operations or task I have been doing is overseeing and watching the code of ethics and code of conduct and helping new people around site, as there is no system made fully to teach a new player how SCP-RP fully works creating a new system could help improve better RP and Player base interactions is a few idea I would help create or work on.

Appoints MTF commanders for E-11 and Nu-7 beside O-1/A-1
Appoint Department Directors for all departments (IA is an exception to Ethics)
Appointment and management of Site Administration Staff
Management of all departments and performance
A tribunal of staff for lower-level offenses and an impartial judiciary on behalf of IA for investigations.
Authorisation of tests that do not require ethical testing parameters
Management of Site Wide Policies, liaising with Site Command
Auth AA to MTF
Reviews of Departments
Management of on-site emergencies
All these are very important to becoming an SA and to learn their roles very well, as the rules behind SA are very Important
