What O5 role are you applying for, and why (give the specific O5 number):
- I am applying for O5-4 because I want to branch back out into the RP aspect of the server. During my tenure as A-1 Commander, I have attempted to create roleplay that was enjoyable for both Alpha-1 and for the site during the times I am on. A lot of roleplay on the US server has been lacking because it’s known more as a combative server, but I believe that this gives me the opportunity to take initiative and create roleplay that is suitable for everyone and to interact with every department.
- I believe that obtaining this position would allow me to expand further and would be able to let me create roleplay scenarios that give people opportunities to participate in RP outside their regular gameplay loop that is engaging while giving other departments something meaningful to work with.
What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?:
- I believe I am a good candidate due to my previous background in this server. I was a former Ethics Committee Member back in 2022 and Omega-1 Commander, DEA Dpt Manager, and current Alpha-1 Commander. While I know that it has been 4 years and Foundation Command changes, I still have a general understanding of how Foundation Command works.
- As said before, I held several positions that allowed me to demonstrate my leadership and communication skills by leading regiments, departments and interacting with different Groups of Interests. These positions have also put me in situations that required me to take initiative and handle problems on my own. Even if the outcome was positive or negative, each of the situations has taught me something different and I enjoy being able to learn from them even if it’s criticism to help improve myself for future situations.
- I also believe being part of Foundation Command means you should be approachable and willing to listen and interact with the people around you. I want to remain as a friendly and forthcoming person who is always willing to listen to others while still being able to make decisions based on all the information given to me. I want people to be able to enjoy their time on the server and I believe that the players in Foundation Command should contribute to creating an environment that is fun and positive for the players who enjoy roleplay.
