Yes, 2 RDM 1 in 2023, 1 in April, nlr and power gaming in Jan, name convention in Nov, afk in Jan, fail RP in April, inappropriate conduct in early May for saying a few words to someone that did not feel safe when I said it, and got banned for 3 days for it.
Why are you applying for Director of Internal Security?
I'm running for Internal Security Director because I feel fervently about the ongoing security, condition and operational fitness of our Corp. Given my vast body of work as commissioner (well over 8 months now), and the amount of time I put in sitting on ethics committees, I feel that I am very well suited to tracking and improving our internal security arrangements. I believe in a culture of transparency and pro-active risk management, that shit will be delt with before time. My desire is that the environment be sufficiently safe for all of us to continue our work, confident and unafraid. I will work to improve our overall security and build confidence and trust between departments.
What makes you suitable for Director of Internal Security?:
I believe am qualified for the position by virtue of experience, leadership and a deep internal security knowledge. As ISD Commissioner, I have been responsible for important security operations and policy enforcement. My previous position as Pvt-Sgt in Nu7 and Pvt-Cpl in E11 has given me some munitionary experience, providing exposure to security command. My experience in ECA has also developed my capabilities to seamlessly work with various units, promptly handle different crisis scenarios and the stringent enforcement of security measures. I believe that my broad based experience will enable me to identify issues in advance of their occurrence and develop solutions directed toward protecting the integrity and safety of our Corporation. My hope is to use these experience to stand up a durable security culture that will enable our success.
What are the responsibilities of the Director of Internal Security in RP?:
The Director of Internal Security is responsible for the health and daily functioning of the Internal Security Department, staff members are among its responsibilities. The Director also enforces discipline and procedures within ISD. They establish, write and revise policies to increase departmental response times in order to improve site safety on the whole, changing these as new perils arise. The director conduct security investigations, dispatch initiate emergency response and ensure clear communication between department as well upper chain of command. They also develop strategic security initiatives, to include drills and assessments in order to constantly improve the internal security of the site and contribute to a safe and secure operational environment.Discord name: PapaGir
