What makes you suitable for SCP-22415?:
I have held a lot of RP leadership positions, and thus I believe I could add some immersive RP to the server with SCP-22415 when it is to be released due to my experiences.
What is the usual behaviour of SCP-22415?:
SCP-22415's usual behavior is to consistently try to help anyone who it deems as "morally right", and go out of its way to provide assistance. This could include escorting non-combatives to PW during a breach, getting a medic for a dying Security Guard, etc.
When there's a CI raid, you see MTF's combatting CI, you also see researchers running away from the fight. Who do you aid and why?
I would attempt to block any gunfire from hitting the researchers, and ensure their safety, as they are non-combative personnel.

I would attempt to repel 076 from the researcher, or attempt to get the researcher away from 076 to ensure no harm comes to them, since the researcher is non-combative and can cause no harm.
