I have played on CGSCP passively, for around two to three months. I have started being active since last month.

- I do not currently hold a whitelist within the Mobile Task Forces, or within the Chaos Insurgency, but I currently hold a whitelist for SCP-096 and have been told multiple times that my conduct, and abilities of roleplaying SCP-096 is superb.
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
- I have not received any kicks/bans/warnings, to my knowledge, I did have a few sit downs with the admins and moderators in the past for fixing PACs, or mic spam when I first joined the server. I no longer do any of those things, however.
Why are you applying for Security Captain?
- I am applying for Security Captain because I feel as though I would excel in this role, and I could help the Department Chief get GENSEC up to standard and proficient and knowledgeable in their job, and duties. And as GENSEC is horribly unorganized at night, and morning shifts due to the other captains being at other time zones, I can organize D-Block and ensure that site operations run smoothly.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
- I currently hold two jobs IRL, and night 7PM to 7AM job from Wednesday through Friday, every other Saturday, so on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Sundays I am usually awake very late at night due to my job having me stay awake at night. As for my second job, I currently serve in the Army National Guard, and I am currently at the rank of Specialist. As a GENSEC Security Captain due to these special circumstances, and experiences I have in real life I believe that I am fit for this role.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
- The responsibilities of a Security Captain is to maintain control, advise, and direct their subordinates and to ensure that General Security Operations, and trainings are running as smoothly and proficiently as possible. During the event of a CODE-2: RIOT IN PROGRESS, it is up to the Captain to enact a brief with their subordinates and to ensure everyone is aware of their job, and what is required of them.
Please give some lore about your Security Captain character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Avery Edwards was born on March 3rd, 1987 to a middle class family in Chicago, Illinois. From a young age, Avery was extremely fascinated with paranormal or otherwise strange happenings in our world, he loved sharing ghost stories with his friends, playing Dungeons and Dragons with his High School buddies or just reading about cryptids like Sasquatch or the Loch Ness Monster.
At the age of 18, after he graduated High School he enlisted in the United States Army, and after working hard for his position he was promoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant and was a dedicated and proficient Military Policeman before being given a Honorable Discharge at the age of 26. After discharging he became a State Trooper in Illinois, and after some time as a State Trooper his exploits, and his knowledge of criminal affairs, and the justice system would attract the attention of a shadowy organization known as the SCP Foundation.
After being approached on a winters night in Lincoln Park by a agent of the Foundation, he was offered the job, and he accepted.
Due to his proficiency in his job, he began as a Security Cadet, then a Security Officer, climbing his way up to Sergeant where he ran day to day activities in Site 56.
