What makes you suitable for SCP-096? :
I am well educated on howSCP-096 functions lore-wise and can implement it into my RP. I have a lot of experience on the server so far, and completely intend to follow the the rules on how SCP-096 is intended to function.

What is the usual behavior of SCP-096 when pacified? :
Once in a pacified state SCP-096 will sit in place and cry, but if he is undisturbed for 60 seconds or more he would get up and begin to roam his surrounding area.

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block? :
SCP-096 would strictly hunt down his targets, only going where they are and is only allowed to go where his target is. Unless his Target is INSIDE D-Block there is no reason for him to beeline straight there.

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
Once SCP-096 is no longer enraged and has no targets, he will enter a docile/calm state where he will sit and roam his surrounding area.
If SCP-096 were to not already have been bucketed, now would be the time in which he would have a Bucket placed on his head to cover his face.
He will be cuffed and beamed after this, and then dragged back to his Containment Cell unless he is enraged again in the process of doing so.
