What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
Something New: During my time on the server i have done nothing but combat based life's. As seen in my roles that i held i haven't really tried a non-combative role yet. I believe in trying something new once in a while just to freshen things on the server for me otherwise you will burn out and lose track of what you want to do. Overseer assistant seems to me a really nice life to have if i want to focus more on Rp rather then just straight combat as my other lives have tend to be.
Experience: As most of these CL4 positions go it is important to have experience in the area you are in. gaining info on how non-combative are supposed to act as well as the role of assistant will greatly improve not only CL4 experience but as well as my RP in general. As stated before, my CL4 life was a combative, so having this life will help me with RP and just general info on how foundation works as a whole. As stated before, i have been on other servers, some of them i made it all the way to a commander role, writing doc, and disciplining people when they don't follow the rules. Having a CL4 life means you will show the upmost leadership skills you can even if the people you command tend to be non complaint, this is where you show leadership skills and connect to them 1 on 1 style to get them to listen to you, something I've personally done before not just on other servers but on this one as well when i was a special agent.
Quick to learn: I know most of my time on the server has been nothing but combat, but that hasn't stop me from engaging wit events and/or other passive rp events around the foundation. having the ability to quickly adept to your surroundings and environment is a great trait that i have. This allows me to see what to focus on and learn and gain from every experience. Hear what more experienced players have to say and learn from those actions to better yourself not only in game but also in RP.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
The Link: As the Assistant Overseer, you are a link between the foundation and the council themselves. the information must be pertinent and filtered for it to reach the members of 05. You also enforced their orders if given out with full authority depending on certain circumstances. You are also considered the eyes and ears of the 05 council and must report any significant findings/information to them.
Site Management: Overseer assistants are in charge of is helping manage the site. They of course are not site administration but I believe they assist them with their jobs. As an assistant it will be your responsibility to help the facility. This can range from things like helping personnel on different codes, authorizing AA use for when it is needed, and helping different department where you can. This can improve relations between the 05 and the departments with offering your help.
Engagement: As an Overseer Assistant it is your job be a rep for the 05 Council when non are on site, This means you should uphold the CoC and keep relations well and maintained. Not only with the foundation and it's personal, but also GOI's such as CI, GOC, Pinewood.

MTF Nu-7 Battle Log-38 Date: 5/2/███ Situation: Chaos have enter the Foundation | Many personal dead | Pushing towards containment cells "the following is collected comms from inside heavy containment zone" BEGIN LOG.. .. ... MTF Command: "Whats the sitrep down there?" *Static plays for about 12 seconds before a voice can be heard through* CPL Ronnie aka "Shpee": "Command this is CPL "Shpee", Chaos are pushing towards lower heavy containment! there making a break for SCP-079 MTF Command: We can't afford a 079 breach, Focus on the Chaos pushing to SCP-079, Let E-11 handle any containment breaches." CPL "Shpee" Understood sir" MTF Command: "Whats the status on Epsilon 11?" *Gunshots are heard from the other side of comms* E-11 SGT: "CI have breached 8837!
