Character name(s): Siegfried “Evangelist” Silvermore's (Formally Siegfried “Wisconsin” Brekker, Siegfried Weiß, Ex SAS 1st Lieutenant), Astraeus “The Stars”
Civilian name: Siegfried Sviatoslav (Ex ABT LT COL, FSB during WWIII)
What server are you applying for? USA SCP-RP
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
— Security Captain
— Νu-7 Corporal
— Ε-11 Corporal
— Ω-1 Command Sergeant (Current)
— Chaos Insurgency B
— Ethics Committee Member
What can you bring to the Global Occult Coalition:
I feel I would make for a quite essential asset for the documentation aspect of things due to my assistance in Ω-1, in other MTF, and the knowledge in vast variety of duties in different positions. I feel that I can accomplish the missions that the GOC is designated in the “Fivefold Missions” based on my prior position in enforcing the Code of Ethics with an iron fist. If I can help the GOC by setting an example and acting as a guide to ensure that the destruction of Para threats that plague the world become a reality, then I will be happy to offer my services.
Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?
What makes me suitable for this position is my experience, formality, detailed-orientated personality and my passion to help others is by far the strongest qualities I have over other applicants. I feel that during my tenure as a CO in MRP, experience with Security Captain, vast experience in MTF (In particular Ω-1), and as a former Ethics Member I can confidently demonstrate that very motivation previously mentioned.
Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?
It was founded after the Seventh Occult War during World War II from the remains of the Allied Occult Initiative. It was created by the United Nations in an effort to have more oversight over the anomalous entities due to the mistrust of the more secretive SCP foundation.
What does the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in and give an example of some functions they do:
Their goals are to keep the peace and maintain friendly relations between occult organizations, protect humanity against all threats paranormal, para scientific, and para temporal, and take any actions required to ensure the survival of humanity.
They have a Five-Fold mission to achieve this goal:
The Seventh Occult War, otherwise known as World War II, was when the Allied nations and the Axis power fought in major conflict around the world, but in secret the Thule Society and the Nazi led Ahnenerbe Obskurakorps were fighting the Coalition's.
What makes the Global Occult Coalition different in in-comparison to the other groups within the SCP-universe in your view?
While the Foundation seems to view the anomalies as subjects for researching in how to contain them and research what they are and the Chaos Insurgency see's SCP in a different light to weaponize SCPs… The Global Occult Coalition instead takes a look at things with common sense. This makes the GOC humanity's main protector and last hope. They uphold the world by themselves, rather than waiting on the Foundation to do something about it, or before an unknown threat can cause chaos before causing more harm than good.

What does the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in and give an example of some functions they do:
- PHYSICS
- They function similar to the Mobile Task Force Battalions of the Foundation. They act as the action arm of the GOC as they serve to investigate, capture and neutralize anomalies. There are 2 divisions in PHYSICS: Assessment and Strike. They are tasked with the observation, investigation, and capture/neutralization of Threat Entities. (Ex. Assessment team are on a mission to investigate a para threat)
- PSYCHE
- They act as the GOC's diplomatic arm and are tasked with liaising with the paranormal community and maintaining peace between humanity and the occult powers. There are 2 divisions in PSYCHE: Special Observers and Ambassadors. (Ex. The Ambassadors are attempting to maintain diplomatic contacts with the Foundation to make amends.)
- PTOLEMY
- They act as the GOC's support arm and are tasked with supporting the other arms of the GOC and maintaining the smooth operation of the organization. There are 2 divisions in PTOLEMY: Quartermasters and Research and Development. (Ex. The Quartermasters are ensuring the quality and the correct quantity of weapons and food for a GOC member's mission.)
Their goals are to keep the peace and maintain friendly relations between occult organizations, protect humanity against all threats paranormal, para scientific, and para temporal, and take any actions required to ensure the survival of humanity.
They have a Five-Fold mission to achieve this goal:
- Survival
- The protection of humanity. (HIGHEST PRIORITY)
- Concealment
- To keep the knowledge of Para threats a secret to keep major populations from panic.
- Protect
- The protection of individual humans as long as it doesn’t interfere with Survival and Concealment.
- Destruction
- To not take any risks with the survival of Para threats as their existence is harmful to humanity.
- Education
- To expand knowledge of known Para threats as long as it does not go against any other point of the mission.

Siegfried Weiß, formerly Siegfried Wagner and currently known as Siegfried “Evangelist” Silvermore, was a veteran of WWIII as a SAS 1st Lieutenant commanded by Colonel Sofics. He has taught many recruits on how to fight and to be the best versions of themselves to be prepared to fight the sworn nemesis of NATO from Russia; the USSR. He led his regiment to victory in fighting many foes in the highlands of Poland to the deserts of Afghanistan; however, as he grew to realize that the USSR were finally defeated hiding their tails between their legs, NATO has won the war. After the long war ended he was found missing from the battlefield which then Siegfried was noted down as 'Deserted' for leaving the field without word; vanishing out of thin air. He woke up deep underground with a man standing in front of him who gave a warm welcome to the SCP Foundation German Facility Site-DE-7. The man said that they heard great things from Siegfried's accomplishments and missions during the war in Afghanistan and wanted to appoint him a position in a secret society aimed to protect humanity from creatures called 'anomalies'. Siegfried was reluctant and had many questions on how they found out about him and to learn more about this place that he suddenly woke into. The man laughed and, after a while, described everything that Siegfried wanted to know for his purpose here in the facility and the motives that the Foundation has. Siegfried, ever since then, accepted the offer the man had assigned for him.
At this point, Siegfried Weiß was known as a Security Combatant who specialized in the Engineering field at German Facility, Site-DE17. Site-DE17 is located near Zugspitze where the site was primarily designed for intelligent and sensitive anomalies that are particularly difficult or costly to contain and are not contained at a Biological Site. It specializes in humanoid anomalies in general. Despite initial skepticism, its location in a tourist area has proven fortunate, since even escaped anomalies and their arrests go unnoticed, although concealing access to the Site is complicated by the large number of people. The Site is located deep within the mountains, and has long corridors with lockable bulkheads, making the site easy to seal off and secure against escape. Siegfried was very skilled at his technical abilities of securing the doors and walls of the facility to be built nearly impenetrable for inmates and anomalies. He discovered a substance called Graphene in which he used for the facility's main material for metal parts, as Graphene was straightforward to create in the area with the Facilities Researchers. Siegfried also assisted the Security of the facility as his primary Department, ensuring that all safety measures were up to par and that inmates wouldn't be able to escape the facility. His duty was to assist researchers in escorting D Class for their tests, ensuring that D Class were behaving in the facility and that all SCPs were locked to the teeth. Eventually, he was then transferred over to Site-65 as Security Cadet to aid in the frequent security breaches to both D Classes and SCPs in the facility. Overtime he was promoted in his efforts ensuring the quality of the department that lacked in both Ethics and Communication as a Security Captain by the Chief of Security.
After a short period has passed as a Security Captain handling the department affairs in the attempts of ensuring the competence and ethics, he was then offered tryouts in 3 notable MTF positions, Nu-7, Epsilon-11, and being handpicked for Omega-1. Firstly, he joined Nu-7 which provided the core of his character of protecting the SCP Foundation's valuables by being the first line of defense; this is where he enhanced his combat ability and where he began to understand the Foundation's motives. After a week as a Private in Nu-7, he felt the urge to assist the foundation with more lethal threats than CI; the SCPs. Fortunately, there was a tryout held by a man named Sofics, a former brother-at-arms in the SAS for the MTF 'Nine-Tailed Fox' E-11. After passing this tryout, he continued to build his formality, competence, and knowledge of the ins and outs of the Foundation and the proper procedures of handling any given situation. During this time, he gained his leadership skills and discipline from the honorable Commander, Ryan “Flames” K. Siegfried, who followed orders without hesitance, trained fellow E-11 dependably, and contained SCPs easily. He then was able to gain his leadership skills and discipline. One day, while responding to a call that CI are breaching on the Surface, he was then asked by ethic's committee member in disguise to follow him; which at first was hesitant due to the Ethics member being disguised as a medical employee; but once the ethics member revealed his identity. Siegfried then realized that he was offering the position to be a part of Ω-1 due to his experience in Epsilon-11 being highly praise-worthy, where then he passed the tryout in working directly under the Ethics Committee.
He has made a lot of progress this week by making sure that the hand of ethics is heard by those who are doing things unethically. He has been working on a new database and documentation to get things back on track. This furthermore led to his promotion to Sergeant after 5 days. The Ethics Committee was monitoring his efforts and offered him a position as a full-fledged member of the Ethics Committee, due to his excellent progress with the SCP Foundation. After passing his interview and accepting this offer, he became at last an Ethics Committee member.
As time went by, he was beginning to feel dull writing documents day in a day out, walking the facility ensuring everything remained ethical on Site-65. He wanted to return to his days of being a part of Omega-1…and there he was removed from Site-65 as an Ethic's Committee Member due to lack of motivation. Per protocol, he was also asked to transfer to another site. 6 MONTHS LATER… He was transferred to Site-56 as a Nu-7 Private and was now known as Siegfried “The Astral Embers” Silvermore, learning the ropes again as a recruit. He defended the surface from external threats and provided NU-7 valuable knowledge and dedication… until the watchful eye of the Ethics Committee had different plans for him. Once again, they saw potential in Siegfried and ordered their operatives to retrieve him to pursue the recruitment process in becoming an Omega-1 operative. Once more, his days as the “Law's Left Hand” have returned to the Foundation in service for 2 months time.
As he reached the rank of Command Sergeant in Omega-1, he was mentoring his regiment the Code of Ethics by heart, ensuring their knowledge is pristine in its texts. He spread the word to follow the Code of Ethics and expressed the will of the Ethics Committee to Foundation Personnel, until XXXX-11-29, where he was captured in the midst of a raid from the Chaos Insurgency. He was tortured ruthlessly with intent to gain information out of “Evangelist”; he refused to provide information even if it meant his life. His left arm was cut off and his right ring finger was sliced right off his hand. He felt loss… he felt he failed his comrades in battle and failed the Ethics Committee and most of all, he lost his pride. He was in extreme pain, but endured with little feeling of his clean cut arm and finger; just a tingle left behind with blood dripping down his torso. The Chaos Insurgency gave up in asking questions and sold him off to the UNGOC for $10000. After making it to the GOC base, he met someone familiar that appeared similarly to a Captain in Nu-7… Eric Epicap? He was about to faint on his arrival and fell off the chair in the Interrogation chamber while he spoke with a GOC operative discussing simple questions on who he was and what they heard from CI for confirmation. They were kind and provided generous hospitality. He met, what appeared to be their leader, who provided medical assistance to his wounds through usage of painkillers. He finally had his passion and pride returned as he felt warmth in his body again, regaining conscious. “Evangelist” had a small conversation with the UNGOC thanking them for their care with $20000. He asked that he was interested if there were any openings for future reference, and then was provided a list of open positions. The GOC said that they were looking for more members and are currently recruiting for more. He returned to the Foundation with the GOC who provided transport; the GOC left a mark on him for how they attended to his needs and saved him unlike his comrades who never came… which then motivates him to join the GOC in their cause.
