Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:

So, where to start exactly? The majority of these were in one day. I have mentioned the reasons for the two bans before, and I am more than happy to reiterate them.
This incident happened nearly a year ago, and I haven’t had any warns, bans, or kicks since. When I first joined Civil Networks, I had a much different reason or purpose for joining and decided to troll after seeing videos about the server. It was my first and last time doing so—I was banned for three weeks and quickly realized how wrong it was, especially after disrupting and causing a great RP situation to fail. Since then, I’ve completely changed my approach, becoming an active and positive member of the community. I’ve founded a chef company with a friend (Goober Eats), met amazing people across all clearances (from basically all of the departments), and found a department—the DEA—where I truly enjoy contributing and continuing to grow. (As for the RDM warn, it was a misunderstanding during an RP in D-block.)
All of these are expired bans & warns too.
How long have you been a Senior Agent for?: I have been whitelisted as a Senior Agent since 8/14/2025. I know, its been a bit, I was busy.
Why are you applying for Special Agent?: I’m applying for the Special Agent position because I want to take on greater responsibility within the Department of External Affairs and continue contributing to Site-65’s mission. In my time in the department of external affairs of Site-65, I have gained valuable experience in a majority of DEA operations such as CI site patrols, participating with international relations with our GOIs, and finally being as helpful and supportive I can with contributing to BORTAC. With this experience, I believe that I will be able to rise to a higher challenge by helping out with the recruitment for DEA, participate in GOI international relations further, participate in field operations, progress further in BORTAC, and finally make a positive difference and strengthen the department of external affairs and it's community.
What makes you suitable for Special Agent?: Based on my acceptable experience, I believe that I have enough experience understanding the complexities of Site-65's Department of External Affairs as a whole. I have participated in many site patrols, Raids against CI, keeping acceptable international relations with our neighboring GOIs like the Global Occult Coalition with the Outreach Program. I have also been quite active with BORTAC operations under Dpt. Manager Dale Dawson and Special Agent Matteo, being active in many sampling orders since. BY holding the Special Agent Role, my jobs would increase further within the department and allowing me to make a more positive difference in helping operations further in BORTAC and DEA as a whole.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?: I have written countless documents for many departments, including Research, a bit for DEA, and even for a previous company or group I founded with a friend when I was primarily playing as a chef, named "Goober Eats Kitchen and Delivery Services." In short, what inherently makes a written document "good" is a combination of how much effort is spent creating it, primarily showing these three requirements to fulfill:
1. Clarity & Choice of Grammar - A document should be written with professional and respectful language. Minimal slang or causal phrasing is not recommended to fit this requirement.
2. Purpose & Tone: A document must have a purpose and should state it clearly and concisely, along with displaying a respective and professional manner.
3. Formatting & Presentation: A document should follow the department's formatting standards (Font, Alignment, Signature if needed, Title, Etc.)
A well written structure that is easy to read for all people is also a great addition to a document as well.
What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?: Special Agents are mentors that show the standard and dedication to the Department of External Affairs, that also have the ability to train new agents and mentor them to better understand how to properly work within the into the External Affairs department along with assisting department managers in running the respective divisions within DEA, along with operating and commanding covert operations on the ground as well. Along with this, Special Agents are given permission to allow permits to MC&D members if needed.
Please give some lore about your Special Agent character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Here is some background lore for my character currently that is still in development. Its more of an introduction and explanation of how my character entered the foundation and the jobs and missions that he became apart of ever since. Sure its not much for the special agent part, however, I will be writing more while one job:
