Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: All of the above. The bulk of these came about a year ago, during a time
which I was dealing with alot personally, which resulted in bad
behavior on my part within the server
(crashout after I left E11 COM position). I've done my part to make amends on my actions since then, and
I will continue to participate within the server as a positively contributing member of the community.

What makes you suitable for SCP-096?: It was about time I made an application for
096, I have a ton of experience within the server, particularly as E11. I know every
SCP, including 096, like the back of my hand. I also believe that due to my
experience, it will allow me to embody the spirit of 096 exactly like how
the creators envisioned. Haunting, volatile, and vicious.

What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?: 096's
pacified behavior is the cower, most commonly in a corner
within it's CC. However, it's face is not completely covered, so
if an individual see's it (without scrambles or scrambles go to 0%) they'll agro 096.

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096
beeline straight to D-Block?: When breached, 096 is only
allowed to go towards the individual who saw it's face
(whether that is physically nearby, or via spawned picture which triggers it's breach).
096 is not allowed to beeline it to D-Block unless a picture somehow got into
D-Block while the carrier was wearing scrambles and somehow a D-Class is the first to see it's face.

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process: To recontain 096, combatives
are to place a bucket over it's head and wait until the final person who has seen 096's face is killed,
they may then beam 096, cuff it, and take it back to it's CC. This process may
repeat multiple times before being recontained as 096 is able to break the bucket over it's head.
