For how long have you played on CG SCP: around 6 months at this point.
Age: 16
In what country are you located?: USA
Time zone: EST
Character name(s): Sol 'Invictus' / Jay fortner
Civilian name: Jay Quellinz
What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): USA
Do you have a mic?: Yes
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
GSD Captain, GSD SGT, Investigator, Special Agent, Senior Agent, Nu-7 SGT, E-11 CPL, UNGOC LT, CI-D
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
See attachment at the bottom of the screen.
Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
My 2 weeks on investigator has genuinely been the most enjoyable department I have had the pleasure of being apart of. I have seen the way this department operates and it honestly makes me happy when I see how agents and other people in the department conduct themselves when carrying out duties. The main reason I want to be inspector is to move forward in the department but also to be apart of this breathtaking department.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
Mainly my time on Investigator and my knowledge of Leadership from holding other leadership roles in other departments. My time on Investigator has familiarized me with the FLC and what agents/Investigators need and want. My time on GSD Captain and Special Agent has opened me up to foundational policies that need to be followed by CL4 so no risk with giving me Inspector on that front. My time on GOC LT has demonstrated knowledge for leadership not dealing with the foundation and its contents rather on foreign policy and diplomacy. As demonstrated before I do have prior CL4 Knowledge within the site and know how to operate as a leader and a teacher.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
Hard working and willingness to do what is necessary. If an Inspector isn't willing to do what is necessary to keep the department running then that makes the Inspector not worthy of the position. An Ideal ISD Inspector is one who understands their peers and is very grounded within the department, is aware of the surroundings and atmosphere and can work around those complications to complete there duties in the most efficient and beneficial way possible.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
I have helped in writing a surface treaty when I was a GOC LT, But that is about it. What makes it good in terms of quality is stating the intent clearly and compromise. Compromise is a big factor of a surface treaty. If the document does not benefit both sides equally one side will simply not follow the surface treaty and it makes a messy situation, this could all be avoided of course if the document writer is experienced and well versed in this type of environment.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
1: Take D-class complaints
2: Uphold the FLC
3: Uphold the CoE
4: Uphold the CoC
5: Regulate inter-department relations
6: Train agents
7: Write Arrest Reports
8: Train and give Investigators their test
9. Authorizing infils
10. Leading people during codes
11. Holds all other basic responsibilities as a CL4 such as professionalism and leadership
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
My prior experience and current experience would make me a good candidate. I have held multiple leadership positions in various other departments across the site and most of all, I value ISD dearly and wish to progress within the department. I think the only skill I really lack is document writing, but that is a skill that could decently easily be improved upon. My time on Investigator I have worked on case files and Operations alike, and I can say with certainty that this department best suits me.
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
