I received a punishment for farming when i first started playing this server because i repaired the same camera 4 times as a random person shot it, I should mention that i did read through the rules, there is not a single mention of "XP" farming except for where it is vaguely mentioned in the staff punishment guidelines.
I also have a punishment for "Minor Glitching" due to me sitting at a chess table with someone for the first time when a nuke was going off, There is a rule in 2.02 of staff rulings stating you cannot abuse temporary states of invulnerability to avoid the nuke, but i was never told that chess tables would give me god mode, on top of that it was almost immediately after I had spawned as a d-class which did not inconvenience anyone.

I am applying for Special Agent because I believe that I am most suitable for the position, I've been very active on the role and I have good combat/negotiation skills that are an asset to DEA.
What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:
My maturity and professionalism make me the perfect candidate for the role of Special Agent, I'm very strategic in the way that I do surface operations and I am able to work efficiently and communicate effectively with any team-mate.

I've made research documents which are rated excellent, Clear structure, defined purpose, and easy navigation are what make up a good, even excellent document.
What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:

Agent Ryouk works in the Department of External Affairs of the Foundation and is known for keeping calm in duress while having a good intuition. His background is that of military intelligence, and he was recruited when he managed to dismantle an undisclosed Chaos Insurgency cell embedded in a metropolis police force. His background of deep cover and multilingual expertise quickly set him apart from the rest of his peers and made him the Foundation's best high-risk negotiator and surface-skilled agent in tricky operations. Ryouk's tale often has him in the midst of diplomatic crises-negotiating with the Global Occult Coalition to prevent direct war, or negotiating tenuous ceasefires with Marshall, Carter & Dark in order to seize anomalous holdings. He is also frequently tasked with raiding the Chaos Insurgency, using his expertise to get around insurgents and retrieve compromised Foundation personnel/Documents. While he maintains a stoic demeanor, Ryouk is troubled by the moral ambiguities of his work; but his commitment to the Foundation never falters, yet his mission always remains the preservation of innocent lives - regardless of how convoluted the assignment itself may be.

- Authorize Raids on GOI's
- Approve Permits for MC&D
- Actively combat the Chaos Insurgency
- Prevent Info Breaches by civilians or other GOI's
- When Surface duties are covered, Special Agents can patrol EZ, Vents, Delta wing to handle unauthorized civilians and ensure proper detainment aswell as amnesticization.
- Negotiation and Interrogation. Special Agents are involved in the negotiation and interrogation process, they must follow protocols outlined in the interrogation/negotation handbook.
