Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
I enjoy ISD and trying to be fair and just in enforcement of the FLC. I also in real life enjoy investigations and forensics, and I feel as though by becoming ISD Inspector, I'd be more involved in leading people down the rabbit hole of ISD and Investigative work.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
I feel what makes me suitable for ISD Inspector is my leadership and organizational skills which have stuck with me since my Honorable Discharge from the US Army, and my memorization and interpretation skills for the FLC, CoC, and CoE.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
Someone who is not just some boss telling people what to do. A true leader who's with their men and women on the ground, getting their hands dirty. On the flipside of that, someone who is knowledgeable and fair. Someone who, if you ask them something, they will get that information to you ASAP without violating any of the CoC, CoE, and the FLC
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
To my knowledge and recollection, I have written two arrest reports and two incident reports. I wrote them in corroboration to inform a department of their subordinate's wrongdoings, and to have them on record in ISD Offices and on SCIPnet.
With documents like these, it is borderline MANDATORY to have them perfect, from the crossed 'T' to the dotted 'i'. Some of these documents may see the lights of the Foundation again via Tribunal, in the event of a repeat offender doing something again or establishing a line of repetitive behavior to departmental command so disciplinary action may be considered.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
ISD Inspectors are in charge of overseeing Investigators and Agents/Operatives in their daily duties, guiding them on how to be model ISD, and they are to be the first-line supervisor an Investigator goes to in order to conduct an investigation, pending the nature of said investigation. Not only that, Inspectors are to assist Commissioners/DoIS with their duties as well, handling CL4 matters that other ISD wouldn't be able to handle.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
Due to my IRL experience leading troops in the US Army, I can apply the same basic principles of leadership to ISD and make ISD into a model department, assisting Agents/Operatives into double-checking information, making sure they have body cam in case of tribunals, and assisting investigators in the investigation process.

Bio: Born in the harsh, rugged terrain in Northern Siberia, Stepan quickly became a victim of the natural selection and saw firsthand the true beauty (and horror) of nature itself. After the passing of his mother at the age of 7, He was forced to survive in the harsh, icy mountains by himself, gathering, hunting, and doing other essential acts to ensure his own survival. Surviving in the harsh conditions wasn't made easier, considering he was born with Myostatin-related muscular hypertrophy. It wasn't until he was age 12 that he had his first interactions with other people, but they had run off, considering he just killed a bear with nothing but his fists and a crudely-made wooden club. Shortly after this encounter, local law enforcement agencies apprehended Utkin after he had followed the people back to town, due to his shaggy, bloody appearance.
It was after his arrest did he have his first encounter with the Foundation. An instance of █████████ was seen near the area where he slept in the Siberian Mountains, which he returned to after his release from custody. MTF Unit █████████████ was dispatched to the location, and after apprehending the instances, Utkin was apprehended by them, as he singlehandedly killed 4 instances of █████ He was taken to Site-██████, located in ████████████████████, Siberia for testing and containment, should he become an instance of ██████ In a miraculous turn of events, he was not afflicted with the anomalous effects of █████. Utkin had the opportunity to speak with Site Director ████████████, given the circumstances of why he was brought in. He was given a room, food, water, and Educaton from the Assistant Site Director of Site-██████, ██████. Upon turning 16, He started working for the Foundation as General Security, due to his muscular and brawny stature.
After 2 years of working at Site-██████, Utkin was transferred to Site-██, where he furthered his knowledge, delving into topics such as forensics and investigation. Utkin was then trained and transfer from Site-██ GSD to Site-██ ISD and worked as an Agent for 9 months, until in October, Utkin passed his ISD Investigator Exam, provided by ISD Commissioner Kennedy Wilson. Currently, Investigator Utkin has been managing some muscular-skeletal issue pertaining to hypertrophy and some anger management issues, for which he seeks out counseling from Site-██'s Medical Department, but he hopes to work past all of it so he can work as a leader position in ISD, for his aspirations are to be fair and just, because, in Utkin's words, "The world wasn't fair and just to me, but I will make sure to not be like the world."
