Why are you applying for Director of Research?:
- I am applying for Director of Research because I think this is the next step forward for me. I think I can also help the Research Department with activities and exciting projects for the Executive Research team. Additionally, I believe I can find the best in people and find out who can be suitable for the Executive Researcher position. I also believe that I can create solid documents and create new policies for the Department of Research. I also am very honest and will never lie about what people need to improve on and what their glows and grows are.
What makes you suitable for Director of Research?:
- I have multiple reasons why I am suitable for the position of Director of Research.
Decision Making:
I think I'm capable of determining what is superior to what else for example I can decide what policies are good for the Department of Research or even what is better for a person in general.
Activity:
When dedicated I can be very active and be always helping others with their documents and writing in general.
Experience:
I have a lot of experience with writing from my DEA Special Agent and Overseer Assistant roles. These two roles prove I am capable in the O5's eyes to be capable enough to write Orders and reviews.
Roleplay:
I have the ability to roleplay and create realistic scenarios that elicit deeper levels of immersion.
Behavior:
I promise to behave positively toward all researchers and to point out both their strengths and areas for improvement.

3.) Completing weekly meetings and making sure Executives are active and doing their duties.

Please give some lore about your Director of Research character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Raye "Striker" █ █ █ █ █ █ was born in 1985 in New York and had a tough life growing up, because of his parents always fighting. He became depressed and didn’t want to be stuck in this situation, but he remembered his grandfather who was a WW2 Vet and “Striker” and wanted to be just like him. Once he turned 18 he joined the army he was stationed in, Baqubah, Iraq ``Striker" was sent on a mission (Operation Sharp Edge)to invade a house that had intel inside. "Striker" and 13 other men were sent in 3 HMMWV and they were on the way to Mosul when the first Humvee blew up at 3:37 AM by an IED and members of Al Qaeda ambushed them. At around 4:57 AM it went quiet, "Striker" and his Commanding Sergeant were taking cover behind the Humvee, after a while of non-stop shooting, "Striker" started to attend to the wounded and was able to save the lives of 3 of the other men, the others were not so lucky. "Striker" and his Commanding Sergeant got the three men in the unscathed humvee and were able to call for MEDEVAC. "Striker", the Sergeant, and the three injured men were able to exfil when a Chinook exfilled them to the nearest base. Once "Striker" returned to the States he was awarded The Iraq Campaign Medal and the Bronze Star Medal. After 2 years he moved to Acline, Canada (A town near Pinewood).
OPERATION "Sharp Edge" Mission Report

Operation “Sharp Edge” was initiated on June 5th, 20██, the objective of the mission was to retrieve stolen intel from Al-Qaeda members. 14 USMC Operatives were sent. (Corporal ████, Specialist ███████, Specialist █████, Sergeant █████████ Lance Corporal ██████, Command Sergeant ███, Private ██████, Private █████████, Lance Corporal ███████, Corporal ███████, Sergeant ██████, Private ████, Lance Corporal ███, Corporal Raye.)All of the operatives were equipped with M4s and their transportation was 3 HMMVS.
On June 5th at approximately 2:15 AM all of the 14 operatives got in the Humvees and moved out. At approximately 3:35 one of the three humvees blew up and the two other humvees had to stop. Gunfire rained upon the remaining 9 soldiers by Al-Qaeda members. They took cover behind the humvees and were fired upon. All of the men started to drop like flies and only two stood. (Commanding Sergeant ███ and Corporal Raye)After the gunfire stopped Corporal Raye began to give medical attention to all the men while the Commanding Sergeant covered him. Corporal Raye was able to stop the bleeding in 3 of the men (Lance Corporal ███████, Specialist ███████, and Private █████████.)and saved their lives. A Chinook was dispatched to their location and MEDEVACed them. The mission was incomplete and the intel was not retrieved.
