Why are you applying for Site Director?
I am applying to the position of Site Director because I feel it is my responsibility to undertake the duties of the role after the departure of our previous Director.
I acknowledge that the role is difficult and comes with its own unique challenges, but I am prepared to undertake these in an effort to maintain and continue improving the stability of the site.

What makes you suitable for Site Director over Site Advisor?:
I believe my suitability stems from my decision making and analysis capability. I make informed decisions and recognize the need to delegate when in a leadership position; after all, a leader is nothing without their team, like a head with no body. I have several years of applicable relevant experience which help support my competencies.
I know that people, systems, and policies are always imperfect. I believe that I have made it my mission to improve the quality of this site by continuously pushing for simplifications of procedures, reductions in restrictions, and for the accessibility of information and documentation.
A lot of the work I do is often 'behind the scenes' but those who talk to me or approach me regarding problems know that I always try to effectively approach problems, even when the solution is not always apparent or even possible to implement.
Some of the items that I have spent time cleaning up or completely redoing/creating include the sitewide hub, revised legal code, revised justice handbook (soon TM), surface treaty, site ban guide/policy, D-Class work pass/permit system, and more.
I've also spent plenty of time identifying problems in departmental documents or sheets and working with other leadership to correct issues.
One of the most important things that I like to do is tackle problems live; like when an issue is actively unfolding, I take it upon myself to bring together the appropriate people to get answers and explanations quickly. So far I think I've stopped/prevented 1 department v department war and 1 surface war.
Lastly I will say that there's always stuff I don't know and so I never really stray from being willing to admit that I don't have every piece of knowledge about this server and it's mechanics memorized in my brain. Teamwork makes the dreamwork.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Site Admin as a whole has a variety of responsibilities. Broadly, they oversee all departments, apart from FC and FC's MTFs, in order to ensure standards and guidelines are being maintained throughout site. We ensure decisions and plans do not go awry. We handle report escalations, promote Commanders and Directors (except ISD), authorize a variety of day-to-day tasks such as special tests or requests, audit departments, oversee emergencies, and more.
Site Admin is the ultimate solution-oriented group that prides itself on multidisciplinary problem-solving and providing administrative/organizational support to players, department personnel, and department leaders. Everyone needs help sometimes!
Site Director, of course, would be responsible for leading this team of people, issuing out responsibilities, handling internal matters within the team, serving as a point of escalation, and steering the ship forward towards organizational goals that they have identified to target and pursue.

Based on an ongoing investigation by RAISA, conducted in part by reviewing my previous position applications, along with my internal file, it is currently the belief of some that I am apparently cursed/blessed/gifted with some sort of semi-quantum/planar force-resurrection mechanism that operates beyond the bounds of observable reality.
Apparently I am just permanently cursed to wake up in my office every time I "die" and nobody can figure out why this ability has been bestowed upon me.
RAISA believes this to be the case based on some strange report amendments and comments left by an unrecognized user on my internal personnel file. Something about "the black pyramid?" They told me that it has to do with my previous employer but that doesn't really make any sense to me! Everyone at my last job was human...I never met any pyramids!
I asked for more details but I got kicked out of the room by some random MTF I've never heard of before
unsure.
Either way, they can't figure out what the motivation for giving me such abilities would be so I guess I'll just exist until someone figures it out!
