For how long have you played on CG SCP: I have been playing on Civil Networks SCP-RP since March of 2022.
Age: 24
In what country are you located?: The United States of America
Time zone: Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)
Character name(s): V. 'Wildcard' (OSA name will be Travis Johnson)
Civilian name: Jack South
What server are you applying for?: SCP-RP USA
Do you have a mic?: Yes
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held: Epsilon 11 Commander, NU-7 Non-Commissioned Officer, Omega-1 Enlisted, General Security Captain, External Affairs Senior Agent, Chaos Insurgency Delta, UNGOC Non-Commissioned Officer, SCP-096.
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: All of the above. I've done some dumb things that I shouldnt have done. I've learned from my lessons through and through. I am capable of contributing positively to the server as many people can vouch for me during my tenure as Epsilon-11 Commander, and currently within the last several months. Furthermore, I was blacklisted from A-1 for pestering them about joining, however I have also learned from this and made strides in amending my relationship with A-1 with the help of the very honorable A-1 LTCOM 'Strider' whom allowed me to appeal that blacklist.
Current Active Warnings:
Metabaiting (Active) October 31, 2025.
FailRP (Active, Pending Appeal) November 18, 2025.

What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I believe I am an excellent candidate for this position for several reasons. First, I maintain a high level of activity on the server, logging in almost every day and typically remaining on for 6–8 hours at a time. This consistency ensures that I can reliably fulfill the expectations of an Overseer Assistant and maintain strong productivity in the role. Secondly, and most importantly, I uphold a high standard of professionalism. While there are moments where casual behavior is acceptable, it is essential to remain professional in public settings to maintain a strong and respectable image for O5, A-1, and OSA's. Throughout my time in my various positions, I have consistently demonstrated professionalism whenever it has been required.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
The responsibilities of an OSA are wide-ranging and vary depending on the needs of the Foundation, but all revolve around supporting and representing the O5 Council. At the core, an OSA is tasked with carrying out directives from the Council, serving directly under their authority, approving D-Class work permits, overseeing research and testing requests, executing assigned orders, and authorizing AA during Code 5 situations. Beyond these operational duties, Overseer Assistants are also expected to monitor departments, conduct evaluations of their performance, and produce detailed written reports. These reports must highlight any concerns, inefficiencies, or irregularities observed, and be delivered to the O5 Council in a timely and professional manner. As official representatives of the Council, OSAs must maintain exceptional standards of accuracy, organization, and discretion to ensure that the Foundation remains stable, compliant, and responsive to any issues raised by staff or the Overseers themselves.
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
I am motivated to become an Overseer Assistant for several reasons. First, I want to advance within the Foundation and continue gaining valuable experience. Over my time on the server, I believe I have developed the maturity, knowledge, and discipline required for this position. My experience as a Senior CL4 (E-11 Commander) has prepared me well for the responsibilities that come with this role. Although I was previously blacklisted from A-1, I have taken full accountability for my actions and demonstrated that I have learned my lessons since then. I believe my improvement, and commitment, show that I am ready and qualified for this position.
Please give some lore about your Overseer Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Name: Travis Johnson

=====================================================
Growing up in Los Angeles, Travis was raised in the fast-paced environment of the financial district, a cutthroat industry. From a young age, he learned how to navigate high-pressure situations with a sharp mind, a confident presence, and an ability to “get things done,” no matter how complex the task.
After earning his college degree, Travis began his professional career as an accountant for a relative of former Site Inspector Kennedy. In this role, he became familiar with sensitive auditing practices, risk assessment, and financial oversight skills that quietly caught the attention of the SCP Foundation’s Site Inspection Board, the department headed by the Site Inspector Jackson with ensuring standards, stability, and procedural integrity across Foundation facilities.
Recognizing his analytical talent and calmness under pressure, representatives from the Site Inspection board began observing his work. Shortly after, Travis was discreetly recruited into the Foundation and assigned to Site-65. His initial role was highly specialized: personal accountant and logistical coordinator for former Epsilon-11 Commander “Bloodshed.” His reliability, confidentiality, and ability to anticipate operational needs quickly made him indispensable.
Within months, Travis rose from assistant to the Commander’s trusted righthand advisor, handling internal issues, resource allocation, and oversight of tactical readiness. His competence eventually led him to assume the mantle of Epsilon-11 Commander himself, proving he could excel not only in administrative oversight but also in leadership and crisis management.
After stepping down from that position, Travis took a brief hiatus, and soon began seeking opportunities where he could serve the Foundation on a larger scale. His attention to detail, unwavering loyalty, and deep understanding of site operations aligned perfectly with the mission of the Site Inspection.
Impressed by his performance record and reputation, Inspectors Jackson, Ford, Grant, and the newly appointed Jackie, extended Travis an invitation to join the board as a Site Inspection Assistant. Their decision reflected not only his capability but also the trust he had earned throughout his Foundation career.
