Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I'm applying for the position of Site Advisor as I have multiple ideas on how to fix the struggling regiments. I have identified issues within Epsilon-11, and Nu-7 that I believe I can resolve. Further, I am applying for the position of Site Advisor because my initial goal on the server is to achieve the rank of Site Director. Further, I have experience in Command positions and believe my experiences could benefit Site Administration. I have experience being in a Command position in a MTF and I believe I can use that experience to help the regiments such as Nu-7, and Epsilon-11. I also would like a position where I would have the ability to create fun and unique RP scenarios for newer players.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I am suitable for the position of Site Administration due to my experiences on the server. I have a lot of experience in Command positions which is seen from my time as an Omega-1 Captain, Ethics Member, Vice Chairman, and Chairman. These same experiences also show that I have the ability to RP and that I understand how to properly hand out punishments when needed. My time as an Ethics, DEA Special Agent and CI-C BCOM also shows that I understand how to maintain relations with GOI and create RP with them. While I was an Ethics Member I would invite GOC in for termination attempts, one of them being a 409 / 682 Cross test, I have also conducted Diplomatic meetings with both the UNGOC and the CI further showing that I can create RP for both groups. Secondly, with my experience, I have several ideas on ways to benefit the struggling Regiments on site. Further, my time as an Executive shows that I understand subdivision creation/approval as I created CRB. My time as an Executive also shows that I have an understanding of Research Policies and how to properly interact with Researchers. Lastly, I would like to talk about my activity on the server. I am currently around a 7 day 22 hour time nearly 8 days. I am very active on the server and I believe my activity could benefit site administration. Before someone says that I'm a GOI Main now I would like also note that I have been spending equal time on both Foundation and CI.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Appointment of Departmental Leads [ Medical, Security, DEA ]
Authorization of Advanced Armory
Authorization of a selection of tests and cross-tests.
Managing or overseeing the various departments on site.
Creation and Implementation of new policies when needed.
Appointment of new MTF Commanders (Nu-7 / E-11)
External Relations with GOI
Authorize Sweeps of D block in the instance of Code 2 when there is no Captain present.
Authorization of the D class work program
