I have one RDM warning, I stuck a D-class into 914 on rough when I was somewhat new to the server, I know my mistakes and have learned from them now that I know the rules better

Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
Becoming an ISD Agent can be a very confusing and intimidating position at first and can lead to many new Agents giving up a pursuit to climb the ranks and learn the role better, I am applying for Internal Security Inspector in hopes to become a helping hand and role model to any who are confused or need help understanding the important role of ISD Agents, I want to make sure there are;
1. No more long waits for Agents/Operatives to get trained
2. Quick grading of reports and recognition/congratulations for excellent gradings
3. Positive reinforcement to ISD personnel doing their jobs correctly and correction without judgement when something needs improved upon

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
I believe along with what I've said above that I can make steps towards the overall improvement of the Internal Security Department along with its personnel's understanding of their job and the rules they enforce. Other than just improvements to the department, I believe that I have all of the qualities I would hope an ISD Inspector carries when appointed to their role and I have been very invested and dedicated to my position as Agent, Investigator and hopefully soon I can also be dedicated to a position as Inspector

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
The ideal Internal Security Inspector needs to be all of these things
1. Unbias - When making arrests or calls that require a fair and accurate outlook, an ISD Inspector has to remain unbias no matter the situation
2. Knowledgable - When asked for help or advice from fellow Internal Security personnel, an Inspector has to know what they enforce and be knowledgable enough to help others where they may be confused
3. Uplifting - When Agents or Operatives or even Investigators do a good job or have a good understanding of what their role is and how to enforce it, an Inspector should make it known to them that they are doing good and encourage their progress as Internal Security personnel
4. Role Model - When new personnel are still learning and figuring out their role and what it means, they watch the actions of their leadership to see how it should be done and in most cases will take their actions as a lesson on how they themselves should act, an Inspector must be confident in their actions and decisions and be sure that they act in the most teaching and ideal way an ISD leadership should act to help and teach any and all watching
These are the core traits I believe an ideal ISD Inspector should have.

I have written 4 excellent grade roleplay-serving documents. A good document that serves to help and add positively to roleplay should be detailed and informative in order to give a sense that it is official and knowledgable without a doubt and should also have good formatting so that it is easy to understand and the correct information can be found easily

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
The responsibilities of an Internal Security Inspector INRP are to enforce the Code of Conduct, the Code of Ethics and the Foundation Legal Codex and ensure their fellow ISD members are doing the same at the best of their ability, ISD Inspectors are also tasked with the responsibility of grading documents submitted by Investigators and Agents as well as performing tryouts for any and all Agents needing their training session completed so that they can start their role in the Internal Security Department

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I believe I would be a good holder for an Internal Security leadership position because of the traits I carry and the way I act as a person and as a current Internal Security Investigator, I hold all of the traits that I value in an ISD Inspector and I am an overall relaxed and easy to speak to person, I would be glad to help out any who need my help at any time without judgement and would try to relieve the stress that Internal Security can bring at times.

Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
The lore of my character is something I am constantly trying to improve and expand apon, As of now; Vaati Perez was an aspiring detective at his home towns local police department, his past consisting of a masters degree in law and a hope that one day he could become a great lawyer once he was fully satisfied in his abilities as the detective he had worked so hard to become, his home town wasnt anything special usually with only a bit of travel in and out of its limits until the day arrived that he received the call that would change his life. A strange man with what was described as a "horrifying grin along with a handlebar mustache" had been seen impersonating a police officer, apon arriving at the scene Detective Vaati was taken by surprise, a force the size of a military had already arrived at the scene that only he had been assigned but not only did they not look familiar, the person he had assumed was the caller appeared completely blank and confused as if their memory of the entire situation had been wiped away due to a strange being now known as SCP-973. That call was his last as that towns detective, formerly detective Vaati Perez had a different goal now, to help the people who had arrived before he had and handled such a strange situation as if it were their second nature, his experience and degree giving him a nice fit into this strange foundations law and ethics enforcement as he finally found his home. The Internal Security Department
