Why are you applying for Site Advisor?

I am applying for the postion of Site Advisor, due to the fact I want to try to helping Site-56 a lot more. I have improved from past actions, and are within Two ( Low Level CL4 Postions, CI Delta Opreativte, and Ethics Assistant.) Due to improvement. Site Advisor is similar to ECA, however I will be able to help on the site a lot more. I want to exapnd my postion within Site Admin.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:

Mature. I am mature/firm. If helping someone, i dont joke around, and use my best effort of helping. I am firm ( Not strict). But I can be firm when I need to give a order/punish someone. I have not acted unproffeisonal WITHIN the Ethics Commitee, and CI.

Friendly! As this says, I am really friendly to people. I do talk a lot, however I am really friendly, and help at the best of my abilitys/knowledge. If someone needs help, I approach them friendly. But I do also talk to people around the site being friendly to them. I always allow people to communiacte to me either Discord, TS, asking me in gamae, or asking for help for a doc.

Leadership. I understand the leadership that is needed to be taken for A Postion in Site Admin. I know what to do, and how to do it, at the best of my ability. I can write alright documents, and I can be firm, and lead people to be a successful fight/other stuff.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:

Site adminstration makes sure the The site is enjoyable for people, and making sure regiments are doing well. Following orders from Clearence Level 5 ( Ethics/O5). And be assianged to a department to make sure that department is doing well.

It seems to me that you spend more time on CI than on Foundation right now, which means that you probably shouldn't apply to be a site administrator. Overal with general behaviour I just don't see you being a good fit for the position overall.

Hello, while I may have been playing a bit more CI ( which i've been helping a little bit). Other then that behavior, I have nothing to respond with, as I am mostly confused

Wade is great and has good experience as a CI-D (leading) and ECA (Foundation CL4 experience, assisting site command)
I've seen great things from wade and think she's ready for site admin.
