Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I am applying for the position of Site Advisor because I would like to involve myself with site affairs on a larger scale than I currently can, and I believe the way to do that would to be to join the Site Administration team. I would also like to oversee several departments and assist other department leaders in their departments where possible which I don't think I can currently do as the Chief of Security. As the chief of security I've been able to help many on site but I believe I could do more as a Site Advisor.
More reasons as to why I am applying for the position of Site Advisor are that in the past I have tried this but I failed at it for reasons that I now regret but I have changed since then and I'd like to prove that I am capable of holding such a position. I would like to be able to shape the site and make it better but options to do that as the Chief of Security are limited for me and I believe this is the next step. I believe obtaining this position will allow me to use the skills and knowledge I have gained over the past 2 years on this server for the betterment of the site I have held many positions that have garnered a lot of experience in managing people.
I also love interacting with other departments leaders and as a Site Advisor I would be able to interact with them way more which is something I believe would be fun and beneficial for everyone. I am also applying because there are several who requested I apply.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I believe I am suitable for this position because I have a lot of experience in managing people and departments with my experience as the Director of Medicine, MCOM, GOC LT, and Chief of Security I know how to handle a lot of different situations in the correct way. I believe my job as Chief of Security involves interacting with a lot of different departments and managing a lot of people which is what I would be doing as a Site Advisor and so far I think I've done a pretty good job at managing them all. Furthermore I am well versed in speaking with people and coming to compromises within the department and outside of the department which I believe could help me if I were to become a Site Advisor.
I also believe I am suitable because I am a great RP leader at least I believe I am, there are others that would agree with me on that statement. I have created a lot of beneficial roleplay within my department and other departments over the years. I also am also a good problem solver and decision maker I've had to make many hard decisions regarding my departments such as the removals of people I knew and liked and policy changes that would be considered controversial. I've pushed my people to do more trainings and tried to involve the lower clearance levels of our department more in our work than previously done. My goal as Chief was to establish a system to involve Cadets, Guards, and Officers in our department more than they already are as before I became chief they didn't do much except defend D-Block which obviously is their job but they could've been doing more which I believe I achieved, and I think I could achieve more like this if given the chance to be a Site Advisor.
I am also very determined to get my goals done on site which is another thing I think makes me suitable for Site Administration. I am also great at writing documents I believe I have written over 20 Excellent grade documents during my time as a cl4 on this site most of them have been with the medical department but several have been on CI, DEA, and Research, and I believe writing skills would be very beneficial to Site Administration for logging things and departmental reviews and whatnot and other roleplay documentation that would be needed.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:

Helping keep Department Relations well and good
Approving tests of course excluding 008 tests
Appointing certain Departments with new Directors
Approving the usage of Advanced Armory and KOS past airlock
Complete departmental reviews/interviews
Enforce the COE/COC while on site
Authorizing GOI's to be on site
Signing D-Class Work Permits
Organizing Tribunals
Managing relations between GOI's
Management of Departments when their leads are otherwise occupied
