Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
-I have seen significant lack of care and respect from some members in Internal Security and I wanna be the change that allows ISD to raise to be one of the more prominent and respectful departments in the foundation.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
-My previous experience as an IA ambassador and experience in the agent roles for around
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
-An ideal Internal Security Inspector would help agents when needed and give them advice on how to further their careers no matter what department they decide to go to. They would also need to be someone to look up to as you are one of the main faces of ISD and the associated power that comes with the position of Internal Security Inspector. The Inspector must never be biased in any way and treat every case that comes to them with care as they are expecting to know what they are doing.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
-I have written no major documents as i have never had the opportunity but in my experience as an ambassador I found that what makes a document good is not only that its grammatically accurate and punctuated but the effort put into it as in my personal opinion documents that have the writers heart in the right place are more important as a good document requires someone to be enjoying the job they are currently doing so that they could write it effectively.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
-An Internal Security Inspector is responsible for overviewing the agents and the investigators, making sure they do not falsely arrest or do anything that breaks the COE or Legal Codex. They are also responsible for the same task that ISD agents and investigators are responsible for. They are expected to be a leader in the Internal Security Department and should act as such both in and out of RP.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
-I think I would be a good fit for the Leader because not only do I have past experience as a well respected IA Ambassador but I have also been in the division and know how it works. I believe that i can bring some much needed changes to the Internal Security Department that ive been wanting for quite some time with this role. I also think that with this role I can help new agents and inspectors in finding a good foothold inside of ISD making sure they feel as though their voices have been heard while also being the figure encouraging them to do better and go much farther in the department.
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Zack originally was from a small town in Maine called Bar Harbor, He was a rule following citizen for most of his life before deciding one day to become the rule enforcer joining the police at the early age of 19 and continued to enforce the law effectively for another 4 years. He was so good at his job he eventually joined the FBI and began doing investigations which is when the foundation found him and decided he would make a great IA agent. One day Zack woke up to his phone ringing and his boss telling him to come to the office as soon as he could. He quickly got up and got on his outfit before rushing to his bosses office where his boss was talking to two men in black suits as they looked at him. He was informed of the foundation and what its operations were in the world, they requested that he should join as he would make the foundation and in turn the world safer. Of course without a second thought he said yes before having any memory of his outside life wiped and was moved to the foundation where he started out when ISD was still referred to as IA he was always happy and eager to help the department in any way it needed including doing the menial tasks such as Checkpoint Charlie duty. His peers noticed and after a few weeks working for the department he was promoted to IA Ambassador where he really started to push himself to be the best at what he did. He would inspire agents to try and go further in IA and would tell them that one day they could even run the department if they so wished. Eventually all the kidnappings and seeing his friends die made him miss something outside of IA so he left vowing never to return. Until one day his friends requested he come and join the new and improved ISD! Of course, he was confused with all the new changes at first not knowing his Code of Ethics from his Code of Conduct but eventually after weeks of trying he finally got the hang of it and decided he wanted to go higher. Rising the ranks to eventually becoming an ISD investigator. He noticed something though, the department was slow during certain times often having little to no people on site at times. He decided that he would once again rise the ranks and take a Level 4 keycard once more. So he sent out an application and now.......we wait.
