Why are you applying for the Director of Medicine?:
I am applying for Director of Medicine because after four years of playing on the server and my combined 9 months as a consultant, I feel like I have grown enough to move up the ladder and grow to a Senior Clearance Level Four member. I have been waiting and growing throughout these four years, understanding and learning from amazing and great people. I have also wanted to be a Director of Medicine for a long time, but I never felt like I was ready. I feel like now is the time to try. I also am applying because Medical is so much fun, and being able to help out people create RP is something I love. I also would love to assist my other leadership peers in becoming better leaders, and the Director of Medicine is something that allows me to do that. Over these six months, as I returned to a Consultant, my leadership peers and the people above have taught me a lot, and with this, I wish to apply for the Director of Medicine.
What makes you suitable for Director of Medicine?
What makes me suitable for the Director of Medicine is my experience, drive, and love for the Medical department. My experience to make me suitable as the Director of Medicine is deep, as I have experience in many ways in Garry’s Mod and not in Garry’s Mod of leading people, and my combined 9 months of experience as a consultant and over 3 years of being inside the medical department have led me here. My drive for Medical will never go away, as it is just such a fun branch to be in, which means I will always have a drive to make and keep medical fun, interesting, and engaging for each player who joins the medical department. My love for the medical department goes back over 10 years, when I was a kid, and I would pick medic on the battlefield because I loved being a medic. The reason why that's relevant is I’ve always loved medicine, and I dearly respect each member of the Medical Department leadership, or not. I could easily talk about each member of the leadership team and talk about their aspects that make them an amazing leadership member, the reason why I talk about that is because my readiness in Director of Medicine is my experience on site, my drive to make and keep medical as fun and engaging as possible, and that I have so much respect for each person on the medical team and their strong suits that I can use that to better the Medical Department.
What are the responsibilities of the Director of Medicine in RP?:
The responsibilities of the Director of Medicine are long and tedious, but they are needed to keep medical health and to make sure players are informed and engaged. First is document work the way a Director of Medicine can passively help all members of medical and some of the documents are: Directory of Medicine, The Consultant Handbook, Medical License Training Test, Medical License Training and updates to the server that may affect the test or training, Combat Medic Tryout Test, Combat Medic Tryout Document and any server changes that affect that, Department of Medicine website updated along with all the things that are in there, Home page, Policies, Handbooks, Procedures, and the Medical leadership, and the Medical leadership roster along with each tab and keeping LOA’s and requirements updated. Next is dealing with the confirming and/or denying of applications of consultants from medical staff, then onboarding these leaders by giving them all the documents and knowledge about how to be a Consultant in the Medical Department. Next is the punishment of Medical Leadership members who break in-game or out-of-game rules. The most important part of being the Director of Medicine is creating role-play opportunities for the entire medical department, involving and allowing everyone to have fun.

Let me tell you what I personally know, he came to site-██ around ██22 but was a nobody for a while and he was also Zeus Marco, an odd name right? until late ██23 when he applied for consultant and was there for a few months he left , and this is when he decided to change his name to remember his adopted parents. During this he left to site-███ and was working with medical side effects and analysis of SCP-6██ and there was an incident where a member of the █████ Cult tried to assassinate him during one of these analyses. He came back to site-██ late ██25 and became a Consultant again and has been working with Adrian. Zervos doesn't even know Adrian died, he just thinks he's gone for a while, but I think they're close, and I think he still works with his brother. Zervos is also very alert and always has an M9 Beretta on hand, which I find odd because he has not been kidnapped once as a Consultant on site-██. Another update for you, Looks to be he was in the 3rd 4th surgery team for Ethics Committee Chairwoman Frances Grey. I also forgot to say that we know that the ██████ cult tried to kidnap Zeus at site-███ he was only kidnapped for about 30 minutes in a storage closet where he was found unharmed mentally and physically. And another note is there was an individual who was in the ██████ cult who was trying to spread knowledge about this cult in site-██. Zeus looks to know somewhat about this cult most likely from his time at site-███. But all personnel in the room were class-a’d so he shouldn’t remember what happened. I have a suspicion Zeus wants to study this cult to destroy or understand it.
