What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Pouring Out
1) Let us "pour" a flask/beaker/vial/whatever out into whatever container we're looking at by holding shift, then pressing mouse1. This would instantly empty all the contents into the flask.
2) If the above is accepted, another idea is adding a setting somewhere to configure your own "pour out" quantity above 100mL.

Disposal Bins
1) Adds a configurable entity in most chemlabs which, when activated by pressing E on it and confirming a prompt, gets rid of all the empty flasks in the chemlab (in a radius around the bin)

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I don't believe so.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
1) General quality of life
2) Helps during laggy times when you can't precisely know how much you've put into a beaker until the server catches up
3) Again, helps during laggy times when you have a lot of flasks from making chemicals.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
1) dev time...............
2) Could make chemicals like potent and dianabol easier to make en masse

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I don't really see any downsides to this and only upsides. The most annoying part of making any kind of chemical is having to deal with all the empty flasks; they lag the server once you have enough of them, walking over them rubberbands you like crazy and they are insanely annoying to clean up.

Suggestion Partially Approved

Hi @Alex Redmont ,

Thanks for taking the time to make a server suggestion.
The Content Team has chosen to partially accept your suggestion for the following reasons.

We will be accepting the Disposal Bin idea, as this will had a higher QOL to the server.

We will be deny the pour Quantity idea and full pour, as this has been removed in the past due to the abuse of the minimum amount of chemicals to cause an effect to happen.

Your suggestion will now be locked and marked as partially accepted.
