Why are you applying for Security Captain?
During my entire time on the server I have always been drawn to Gensec and D-block as a whole, Seeing as it is the first point of interaction between new players and the server you always get fresh perspectives and opinions you also get to see new people joining the ranks of Gensec or whatever they choose to do. in regards to gensec I have always no matter what role i have gone to always had gensec at the forefront of everything I do I love everything about gensec even when I was an ethics member I would try to involve gensec in some way shape or form or try to get them more freedoms. When it comes to gensec itself I love every aspect of it be it the escorting with tests, the patrols, the sweeps and even down to the work permits every part of gensec is important to the site even if the rest of the site hates to admit it without gensec the site would fail and D-class would run amok everywhere.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
I believe I am suitable for the role of Security Captain based on the fact I am well versed in how the site as a whole works and how to maintain and manage a department including its relations with other departments like E-11 or NU7. When it comes to the role of captain due to my previous time working as a Security captain for GSD and my current tenure as a SGT I already know how to do the HWL and RCL tryouts including handling sweeps and roudy gensec/keeping D-block secure during code 1's. Ontop of this I am dedicated to GSD entirely and have the leadership skills to match.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
The responsibilities of a captain are as follows:
-Handling sweeps through either delegation to SGT's or organising them yourself
-Giving RCL and HWL tryouts (including TRT if applicable)
-giving out SGT tryouts and training
-Dealing with any issues that may occur with different departments and Gensec
-Making sure D-block runs smoothly
