What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I am the best candidate for Overseer assisstant because I believe I have a degree of professionalism with how long that I have played the server for. Furthermore, I have a degree of leadership skills as I have lead a number or Serious RP scenarios throughout the different regiments I have been in. Such as RTF-U6 as well as a number of different trainings I have lead and hosted in the different aspects of the server I have been in, as well as being assisstants for the important parts of the regiments the regiments I have been in (Namely O1). Furthermore, you can trust me to be an active member of the site due to my quite high activity within the server. I have learnt a lot throughout my time in the server in terms of How to RP properly and seriously as well as being able to help guide others in RP scenarios when they dont know what to do. Finally, I believe I am a good candidate for the role of OSA because I feel I am ready for the role of a CL4 personel within the site, and all the responsobilities that it comes with.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
- Perform tasks given / handed out by the O5 Council.
- Authorise AA and termination past airlock when appropriate
- Conduct Audits on Departments and report findings
- Uphold the expected CL4 behaviours throughout the sit as a whole
- Sign any documents that need to be approved by CL4 personal
- Be a mouthpiece and eyepiece for the 05 Council.

An assistant position should require the experience of at least one other Jr. CL4 position. To have held none, and then go for Assistant brings into question your knowledge of the departments around Site-65. OSA is a spot above the other Jr. CL4s, to push for it as a first-time CL4 is putting yourself too deep in the water without knowing how to swim.

Not to mention this application is lacklustre, I would expect someone attempting to jump from never holding a CL4, to having the highest Jr. CL4 to put some good effort into their application, but this whole application is 252 words, literally something that can be written up in five minutes.

To further add, can we see your Vtime for the past month? As I've little idea who you are, nor what you do around the site.
