Denied warfund hacking change?

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
instead of needing 15 non afk people on each side to warfund hack its 10

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
it makes war fund hacking actually happen

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
it would actually start happening so nato and nwo would start to lose money

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
it should be added because the server rarely hits 15 non afk per side,

Hi pricetag,
Your suggestion has been denied. To steal 1 mil, it takes 8 people, not 15. To steal 3 mil it's then 15 as it's a high amount to steal.
