What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Warn someone when another person is taking their weapons/comms and bodycam through the E interact menu. This could either be a warning in chat or on screen upon someone beginning it. It wouldn't tell you who's taking it (obviously), it'd just say something along the lines of "Somebody is attempting to take your weapons and comms!" and for bodycam it'd be: "Somebody is attempting to take your bodycam!".

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not that I've seen

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Prevents people from taking them secretly without your knowledge, cause it'd make NO sense realistically that they can take it without you noticing.
Forces people to actually RP if they want to kidnap or arrest if the person getting stripped isn't AFK.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Dev time

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Personally, I hate it when someone nicks my bodycam when I'm not paying complete and utter attention and shoots it so I've got no proof, and the same with weapons/comms, incredibly frustrating and almost no way to stop it other than moving around all the time. I want to be able to stand still without the threat of losing bodycam proof or my weapons and comms. Don't see any downsides with it being added, as it isn't stopping people from taking the bodycam or weapons/comms. The only controversial downside is that people can't kidnap as easily anymore, but people shouldn't be able to kidnap easily.

neutral support

i dont think stripping people without fearrp has been an issue, at least i have never seen it become an issue. Other than that i dont think this has any use case. On the other hand it would be realistic to see that your character physically feels something taken away from them. neutral on this one

Silent stripping is FailRP - You must be cuffed or in a controlled scenario (FearRP) to be stripped.
I think its already a rule that you cannot strip people without them under FearRP or being restrained
I get that its a rule, yeah, but its a pain in the ass to report someone and go through all the steps to get them in trouble when you could just avoid it from the start. I can't imagine it's that difficult to develop and implement a small QOL.
