Partially Accepted Warrant Format for Docs

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds the format of an arrest warrant from MRP to SCP-RP or something similar to fit into SCP-RP like the incident report option

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
-Better RP for IA
-Could add onto the supposed IA changes coming

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
-People may be annoyed once they leave the server they could still have a warrant out on them upon joining again
-Could be abused however things such as policy restrictions could be implemented

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
There really isn't much negatives considering it's just a new document format to improve IAs enforcing of the FLC, seems to only benefit the server RP wise.

why give this just to F for IA? let rangers and GOC use it, too. heck, make this universal, CI could make some funny fake arrest warrants (or real ones to get people internally when needed?). that'd be interesting roleplay

Also, would suggest adding more than just warrants as formats. I believe it would benefit the server if it gave simple formats for beginners to use.
