Denied Water Fighting

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Make it so gun fights are allowed, but only with Pistols underwater, having a sniper or someone else underwater camping, is basically unfair to all levels, snipers are already hard to see with the amount of bushes

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- "invisible" enemy
+ Fairer fights between ground and water
+ More realism

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Most people will disagree with this 100%
- Will be a bit unfair if someone on land but that's life

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I find it annoying and also unrealistic to have a guy shoot me with a sniper, or another rifle, underwater, since GMod water is not see throught and a pain already,

Hi @MLGMagicHoodini , Your suggestion has been denied. This would cause a lot of problems with other players and the kill feed shows the weapon being held not the one that was used to kill so it would make false reports more common.
