What will you do to stop this from happening again: metagaming what i never metagamed im confused about that one the fearp i did once and was warned for ltap What i died in facility it was late so i logged off that simple im time bst and check time it was late for me so i left ltap is 100% bullshit nlr what an admin told me there was not even a cooldown as a cgitv to go into facility i just needed a reason but if there is a nlr timer thats on me and metagaming what i never metagamed i bet after i left the server someone made a sit and yeke saw that i left so he assumed i was leaving to avoid punishment

Why should you be unbanned: cause the ltap i never did i left when it was late for me metagaming no i never used ooc information i nlr im sure that i never used ooc information im positive and earlier yes i got a warning for fearrp i didnt know what fearrp was
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: il will do my damndest to stay on for hours to make sure an admin does not mistake my leaving as an attempt to get away from punishment
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: cause i love this server i was actually getting a paypal setup so i can buy xkclass vip i never left to avoid punishment i have never done such a thing it would be stupid for me to that i hope you can realize i never left to avoid anypunishment i left cause it was late and i wanted to go to bed

So the reason for your ban was that multiple times in the day you had been in breach of FearRP, whereby under multiple times, refusing to co-operate under gunpoint, even shouting excuses such as "id rather die" or "im blind so i cant see your guns", using any excuse to try validate the rule break, I know I had spoken to you at least 3 times yesterday in relation to this, even having to stop RP in order to deal with you, because you wouldn't listen, even when I interjected without pausing RP.

The metagaming aspect was you running around and talking about specific information such as "i need electroshock, I have been effected by SCPs", as a CGITV who spent most of their time either dead or in interrogation, I don't think there is a way in RP for you to obtain the knowledge of what Electroshock is meant for, nor that it would be caused and used to cure anomalous effects.

The NLR part was due to the fact whenever you died, you immediately zerg rushed back into the foundation to begin the breach over and over again, however due to you leaving, I was unable to explain this to you, but within an hour, I saw you re-enter the facility around 5 times, and it was immediately after you died, CGITV are suppose to find a valid RP reason to enter the facility rather than just zerging back into vents.

The LTAP aspect was that as soon as the incident was over, you left the server, I waited 10 minutes for a reconnection in case you had crashed, which became apparent there was no plan for your return, as such I was faced with the option to issue a ban in its stead.

From your actions Yesterday, I was seriously considering if you had any intent of properly Roleplaying, as you repeatedly violated the rules, even when given the rules to read when jailed, you decided to spin around like the spinning seal meme.

i did have a valid reason i always thought of one and what i was going to do before entering examples getting documents getting photos etc

and you're spinning around was cause i went afk if you use the keys and the bottom right to turn around and go out of game you will keep spinning and i did read the rules thats how i know what nlr is but a admin somehow does not proof.

i understand from you're pov it looked like i left to avoid punishment but i can assure you i did not i left cause it was late and i wanted to go to bed






also my ban ends in 11 hours so i hope the admins decide if its accepted or denied before my ban time runs out


curently my ban ends in like 4-5 hours also cgitv should know what electroshock therapy is that is not metagaming since they are adults the same way reseracher make refrences to breaking bad so it would make sense them being adults they would know what electroschock therapy is






by the looks of things my ban time is going to end before a decision is made

First let me apologize for the late response.

After reviewing what you have said, and the staff members replies, I have decided to deny your appeal. From what I can see, as CGITV you went inside of foundation base and after dying, instantly returned without forming a valid RP reason. When you, as any character (other than foundation ones), decide to raid foundation you MUST gather a valid RP reason, and not re-enter immediately.

You also stated "i need electroshock, I have been effected by SCPs". Although you may know what electroshock therapy is, you would not know that you have been effected by an SCP nor that you need electroshock to cure that.

You also broke the FearRP rule, where you are multiple gunpoints by stating things such as "im blind so I cant see your weapons". From what I've heard, you consistently did this in order avoid rule breaking which we do not allow. Commenting further on this, if you are blindfolded or blind in general, and you are being dragged in cuffs, you should always assume you are under gunpoint.
