The central goal PAM typically does is to resist getting war-crimed or pushed around by any weird military dudes, sometimes pushing back with a little bit of guerilla warfare. After doing a bunch of monster hunting and general help-fulness, the GOC lends us a humvee to hunt some dudes with them:
