Hey @Dwight Mustard, typically we define time to comply as enough time for a reasonable person to react, a general consensus is about 5 seconds in my opinion. as this gives enough time for them to hear the order, process said order and either choose to comply, ignore it outright, or even try to do something that goes against the order.
This is obviously reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine if termination before the time was valid, if more time should have been given for more complex orders and whether the person was working on complying before a reasonable time frame was met.
