I'd like to see IA shift away from a simple level/donator requirement with a basic test and into an actual whitelisted department that requires interviews/applications to enter.

I can go on for days to rant about how its too easy for people to get in and have the amount of authority they have, but I won't for now because I'd fall asleep.

Personally, I think D-Class should revolt and become the ones to truly control the facility, seems reasonable.
