Unfortunately, although I can understand what you are referring too, its really not.

No accessiable toilet
Garage area has no ramp leading towards the elevators down
Tesla gates are not wheelchair friendly
HCZ primary (stairs between lower elevator to first bulk head door)
The various stairs mentioned above
No refuge point in the event of an emergency/code black
Hope they are not a researcher, good luck accessing most of the SCPs in LCZ

I can confirm that Site-65 is not compliant with UK Building Regulations, thankfully its located in Canada so no idea what the requirements are there

Plus wheelchair packs go against Pac3 rules and you will get pac banned
