Why can't I post on SCP suggestions?

here's 2 screenshots(one of where i can't post and another where i can post) providing you i can't post there i did make a post on general since i couldn't post there directly but it gotten taken down so i made a bug ticket since well idk if it's a bug or something since the staff did say wrong place make it in the right place(the actual suggestion not the bug report) idk if i have to do something to get this enabled but that's my problem

There's a three day cooldown between posting in there. It also seems to be triggered by some other random shit on the forums, but idk what exactly

Hey, so there is, or was, a bug with the forums where posting anywhere in the forum counts as posting in the suggestion channel, thus inciting a 3 day suggestion post cooldown. Network Leadership, Content Team and staff are aware of this issue and are working on fixing this. I am unsure if it is currently fixed as Senior Admins don't get effected by these cool downs.
