why do people not believe my specialized permit made specifically for me by the site owner?

it is clearly official and its even signed by the one and only site owner. I dont understand why people constantly not believe my perfectly legal document.

a lot of people really liked the older version so i made it more themed by making it look like it was actually drawn with a red crayon.
