-Scp-096 is allowed nearly everywhere just not at spawns or anything and that and No he is not he must find his way to d block if people look at his face and go there.
How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process: So once scp-096 has stopped going on a rampage killing the people who looked at his face you get a bucket and then put it on top of his head once it on you take him to his cc and put him in and then he re-contained.
