Unfortunately, yes, I have received a few RDM Warnings all when first started once was killing a d class as a d class which I did know. As well I had made a mistake a few weeks ago and I RDM a d class who I thought had a weapon but was confused as I had switched him with another hostile threat.
Why are you applying for Security Captain?:

Because I have worked hard, and it was recommended to me. I also have a passion to lead the men around me. I wish all of the GENSEC would be able to stay efficient and responsible. I want to keep GENSEC respected and let them live up to their name. I have a high understanding about leadership, and I want to be able to activate or disable things that can help GENSEC in hard situations. At times we wouldn't have a CPT online letting GENSEC fall apart I am very active these days so I think I can fix this in many ways.

What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
The responsibilities of a security captain are keeping d-block secure. You also lead sweeps and start sweeps. You must keep GENSEC in check by giving them orders or punishing/talking to those that disobey. As a CPT you also lead tryouts and sign or make documents that will make GENSEC and or other parts of D-block better. Captains, if necessary, can also authorize & lead sweeps if needed during a Code 2 if they believe D Class are heavily armed with weapons and keycards. The captain also works in other passive ways such as doing lectures or helping other branches.

William Lingerson, before his ties with the foundation, was an ordinary man working on a farm on Earth 72 a, an almost exact mimic of our Earth containing humans, nature, Water, and even the significant anomalies we love and know.
William was fundamental. He loved to farm his wheat, care for his farm animals, and had a loving wife and kids. One night though, he heard a rumbling from the corn fields after he finished work. He thought it must just be a loose cow.
Like any farmer who doesn't want his plants trampled, he checked it out. When going into this field, he saw this sizeable lizard-like creature (SCP-682) eating all his food and destroying everything in sight. It came out of this large portal (SCP-1322), and when William confronted it, this lizard showed no mercy and full violence as he charged toward him. Luckily William dodged it and started running and ran as far as he could. He almost reached this floating blue spherical door, and as he approached it, he was sucked into it.
He had entered the parallel Earth, Earth-42, the one we all know and love today. Once he went through, he was met with an endless ocean landscape, realizing he was far near no land. Although He did not go in alone, this lizard was unhappy and decided to follow him.
Luckily at the scene, a team of MTF-Gamma 6 (Deep Feeders) was trying to run tests on the anomaly. They realized he did not come in alone and called in backup, but for now, William was taken back to Site-56 to have tests done on him.
Once done checking his vitals, researchers realized he was abnormal. He was no SCP, but his vitals were off the charts, unseen as ever before. He had heightened senses, strength, and speed, which made sense allowing him to escape from the giant lizard.
They ran more tests and saw great potential in him. After this much happening to him and having these enhanced traits, the foundation could not let him leave without giving him an offer.
Security needed more people; someone as strong as him could help security improve, giving them this "Juggernaut." Although with no farm, no family to return to, no animals, nothing. William accepted this as he could not just "Return Home."
Throughout his time, William had worked up the ranks being a Natural Leader, Learning Procedures, and becoming a well-rounded person loved by everyone. He had finally felt it was time to become a Captain as he had spent much time here and even been recommended by other Captains as they thought he was a vital part of the Security Team now.
