What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I am the best candidate for Overseers’ Assistant due to a handful of factors. Firstly, my skills in writing are great. During my time with the Foundation, I have written a few documents, one of which I will share as evidence. (Interrogation Training: General Application.) Another reason I am the best candidate is due to my ability to understand and carry out orders given to me, I handle requests well and can be very helpful when it comes down to nearly any scenario. A third reason I am ideal is because of my ability to speak to others. I have a lot of experience with service and speaking roles, and understanding and reading how people are feeling through their vocal expression and tenor. I have also stood in RP positions for quite some time prior to taking a break, including a roughly 5-6 month run as Ambassador for Internal Affairs. I am able to turn small scenarios into enjoyable roleplay for parties involved organically, along with including others in said scenarios.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
The Overseers' Assistants have a handful of responsibilities within the server, these include:
Assisting the Overseers however/whenever possible
Following through with requests from the Overseers
Representing the Overseers in scenarios where they either can't be present or would rather an assistant be their fill-in
Doing interviews in place of the Overseers, or for them.
Handling violations of conduct committed that would need the Overseers' inputs.

Yvette Morrow, "Sparrow"
Age: 40

Yvette was born in Inverary, Scotland in 1984 to two successful business owners, Jim Morrow and Lee-Anne Lexon. Yvette was pressured from a young age to go into business management, which she did—scoring high marks in university to earn a Master's degree in Business Administration. Yvette went on to work for the Government's Internal Audit Agency.
Yvette was born into a Catholic family, and stayed a Catholic into her adult life, slowly slipping into a group known as the Horizon Initiative through her church, which was a recruitment center in reality, as a scribe after being offered a job writing as a scribe for their Catholic branch. Not knowing what she was getting into, she agreed and was slowly brought into the world past what the common person knew, into what could be considered the paranormal, the anomalous. Yvette was astounded by the world she was learning about, not understanding how all this was hidden directly under the general populous' eyes.
Yvette served the Horizon Initiative for years, her work as a scribe entailing the tracking of religious SCPs, writing on the cults centered around them, and the management of funding to the Horizon Initiative's goals. Through her job as a scribe, Yvette slowly began realizing the amount of in-fighting within the Horizon was unbearable, people arguing over tradition vs. change. She learned of the foundation and had her ways of reaching out to them as a scribe, so she took her shot, making some... bargains with information, and landed herself in the SCP Foundation, working as a writer for the Internal Security Department.
