Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: Yes I have sadly, I have one for FailRP & RDM which was from the middle of the night and shot an MTF as a technician trying to get his card, I also have another one for FailRP which is from using the vending machine to suicide to avoid arrest which I thought was valid at the time.

I applied 2 weeks ago wanting to become inspector that got denied due to me not having the best standing with people around them, now I hope that Ive gained a good opinion with people and that it can be accepted, other than that I would like to apply because I do really love ISD and I would love to take my next step in it as Inspector, I would also like to enhance my roleplay capabilities and be able to help with more situations which I think inspector wil help me do.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
I think I would be suitable for the position of ISD inspector because I am kind at heart and I think I have the knowledge and the ability to learn new things fast, i also think I would be good because I love teaching and guiding people helping them learn and gain knowledge, I also think because I'm good at remaining calm and professional in hard situations and I'm also good at making fast decisions that benefit everybody.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
The ideal ISD inspector in my eyes is someone who can take criticism on board without trying to keep their pride, also ideally they would be kind and caring while being good at giving feedback to people without bringing there self image down, also they would have great knowledge of site policies and the FLC.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?: I wrote the latest citation template adaptation but thats about it, im trying to slowly write more. A good quality document is something that outlines what its about then goes in depth with good grammar.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
The responsibilities of an inspector are to mainly uphold the FLC by making arrests on more senior members of he foundation, they also have a responsibility to make sure that the people under them are working like clockwork, making sure that operatives and agents are well trained, while also guiding investigators in there work, it is also up to inspectors to keep good relationships with other departments making sure that ISD look good in the eyes of other personel.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
Recently Ive been guiding one or two agents who are learning and i love it, and i think im doing quite a good job of it, I think id be good in a leadership position because im good at teaching and well also leading other people, Im also around at low pop meaning I could help any agents/operatives and investigators at that time, I also think I would be good because In my mind I think I have a good, helpful personality.
