What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:

There are many reasons why I should be given a chance in becoming an Ethics Assistant, since joining Civil Gamers, I believe I have gained a lot of knowledge and skills in order to be a successful candidate. I have gained a lot more influence and renown for being a good roleplayer. Interactions with not only just the foundation but civilians and CI as well. Even if I am not successful my devotions, dedications, commitments and cohesion remains the same as I truly feel passionate about helping the Ethics committee, aiding its progress into a more perfect state.
I want to be able to meet even more people enjoying even more roleplay experiences with others and connect more personally to other users. I have had nothing but positive things to say about the ethics committee and I want also represent ethics in a positive way. As its one of the most influential faction on the server I believe it requires the best candidates. And I want to be apart of that, I want to give back to the faction that helped me become where I am now, by helping the lesser knowledgeable on the faction succeed in becoming a good foundation members through enhanced teachings, enforcing ethics when need be. Making people more aware by advising them through ethical guidelines. As soon as I joined the server, I had my sights on one thing and that was to enjoy my time here and to help others have a good experience on Civil Gamers. I am extremely mature and and exceptional leader, for instance, I used to help run
as a Head Admin and lead the moderation team there. I was also a high ranking military official which helped me gain the skills and qualities to become a successful Ethics member.
I am a Police constable for Avon and somerset police constabulary and I have to deal with ethical procedures on a daily basis. This helps me become impartial from the foundation itself ensuring ethics is the top priority. Through my training its also allowed me to make the right decision for the foundation and its health, allowing a healthy growth of trust between the foundation and its staff.
I am also a member of O1 whomst works closely with Ethics itself, so I have had a big insight to what to expect being a Ethics Assistant. Ethics members have a lot of workload and stressful minor jobs which doesn't require them to fulfill. Which the assistant can take over. Holding CL4 ranks helps be also wider the picture on ethics duties and responsibilites. Being CL4 and O1 also has taught me valuable skills such as management and keeping everybody within your regiment pleased. My activity in recent times has increased immensely; nearly spending 8 hours a day playing as O1/Security Captain, it would be nice, as stated previously, to switch up my RP and expand my knowledge on the foundation itself.
These skills and qualities consist of responsibility and dealing with intense situations. But the reason why I believe its extremely important to have these skills is because In game the amount of situations where you have to be decisive and a quick thinker is immense.
What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:

Being an ethics committee Assistant is not an easy task by all means, yet a crucial role to relieve any small tasks ethics members are too busy to simply fulfill. The main idea of the role is to purely support ethics members and aiding them in their duties. That being of dealing with an incident, relaying messages from ethics, filing paperwork and writing up, creating incident reports to sum up incidents to make it more consumable for the ethics member to read, enforcing the code of ethics whenever ethic members are not available, arranging meetings for ethics members, taking in any complaints to ethics and many more tasks! Ethics assistants should also aim to support Omega-1 and select appropriate tasking where needed to increase the efficiency on operations on the facility.
Organising and making ethics members duties easier to fulfill is what to be expected.

Winkie was merely a troubled child, since a young age he hadn't always been the most bright. He has an average life, average home, average wife and an average job. Being 20 years of age something sparked, he told himself he wanted more to life than "average". He wanted to go somewhere, be someone, make a name for himself and to most importantly improve the world and society we live in. And so he enlisted into the Royal Navy. It was long before he was deployed where it will change his life forever. He was deployed if Afghanistan where he could never go back to the person he would be again. He saw the horrors of war, the drone strikes and innocent civilians murdered. He had to do something and change this massacre. He learnt a valuable lesson, to treat others fairly with respect and integrity. He was recruited by the foundation after his deployment through a government scheme. He then got so caught up in today's issues with ethics. He decided to make a step and change for once and applied for Ethics Assistant.
