On my whole time playing on civil networks SCP roleplay, I have not been kicked, removed, or banned from jobs I have been or played during my time on this server

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher? I've been told by a couple of assistants to apply. But I'm also applying to pursue further research on my psychological event and to pursue other research opportunities.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?: I'm hard-working, ready to help my research companions out when they need help, and I'm also responsible for the tasks I am given

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent? I currently do not have any excellent documents graded.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP? The responsibilities of an executive researcher are to oversee RSC researchers, help mentor Junior researchers who become senior researchers, and assist any Ed researchers who need assistance. Also to oversee research that needs approval and to supervise any other researchers you need. Also, executive researchers have responsibilities to conduct Cl4 tests when needed to work for a cl4 project. As well as to go over documents with the researchers who have to submitted and to go through them.

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Winter moon studied in college in psychological and cognitive functions of the human mind. Got his doctorate 3 years after study in the University was recruited by foundation and started working at site 65 for after this events of recruitment had to becoming a junior researcher he has studied with SCP effects of anomaly the mind and how it affects them and continue into his research with the cadence affects them and until he became a specialist to this day, he is still studying cognitive functions with SCP and how the human mind affects them currently he's working on a project with scp-729-j and how samples of scp-939 affects them after not seeing the 729-j for 10 minutes and re-entering them into the chamber. This project is still continuing, ongoing, and finding more information to stay. He's also been a special researcher for 2 whole months and still continues his work on the contribution of the mechanism of the fence in the mind.
